This home can sleep 4 comfortably and accommodate 2 more guest with a blowup air mattress that is on site. Inside you will find new appliances, bedding, and linens. The outside is a work in progress! No smoking or pets allowed.

This guesthouse is located on the grounds of an historic, 1898, Dexter home. While a studio floor plan, it offers a queen bed, living room area, a small bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a smart TV, internet, a small fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The decor is a warm, cottage theme that is changed with the seasons. A small porch offers outdoor seating for 2. Sleeping arrangements offer bedroom 1 with a full and twin bed, bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds. The Hut II offers parking in the front or a carport for parking in the back. So you can enjoy the comforts of home while enjoying a vacation at the lake or a fishing/hunting trip.
