Holiday rentals with a fire pit in New London

This was a truly beautiful home that was perfect for our week along the coast of Connecticut. The home was impeccably clean and setup with an amazing bathroom and kitchen. Set in a peaceful area north of Niantic, it was a perfect place for my family and I to head out to many coastal adventures. We had close access to Mystic and New Haven with a short road trip to Newport. Jason and Colleen were wonderful hosts and have setup their place amazingly easy to get in and utilize. From the available bikes in the basement to the games my kids quickly found to play, this was a perfect place for us this week. Highly recommend to others looking for a great CT coastline getaway!

Came for a one week spring break stay with my 7 year old, husband, sister and dog. The home is well-appointed and thoughtfully furnished and decorated to be cozy and comfortable. The house is right on the lake and offers beautiful views from everywhere you are. Weather was up and down (as April can be!) but there was plenty to do not far away, and a selection of games to keep us busy, in addition to those we brought. Thoughtful touches throughout the house! Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake with birdsong and ducks swimming by was a particularly peaceful highlight. Look forward to returning during warmer months for evening wine outside and more bites when we fish! A great stay - book this place!

Our family opted for a trip to New London to reconnect with our family for Thanksgiving. We were able to utilize the beautiful dining room for our dinner . We loved staying at Rosa’s place and were very comfortable . Just a note - there is only one bathroom and it is on the second floor ( as are all the bedrooms) We made this work but can be difficult with a larger family . It would definitely not deter me from booking again! This place was beautiful. The surrounding area and ease of access was comforting ! Would definitely stay here again .

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Beautiful sunset comes right into the upstairs bedroom and balcony for views. Back deck is right on waters edge. It’s the perfect spot to get away from the noise. Kayaks for the lake were awesome. Definitely going to make this a permanent getaway! Thank you Josh for everything! See you soon!

It's our second time staying at Joe's. We only stayed one night as we were heading out to Block Island, but it's a lovely house with a cute downtown and lots of great restaurants and local businesses. We love Westerly!

Mariza's house was not only beautiful on the inside, but on the outside aswell. We felt very welcome from the moment we stepped foot into her home. We had lots of room for everyone, which was nice. I would highly recommend it!

Monica’s home was just perfect. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need. She was a great hosts, providing local events to check out during our stay and eh was extremely responsive and personable. Would definitely stay here again!

Heather's home is a jewel. All the mechanicals are topnotch and the house is comfortable and charming. It is clearly a well-loved home. This is our second visit and it feels like a privilege to be allowed to enjoy the ease of the space and the serenity of the area. Heather is a wonderful host who anticipates needs that you didn't even know you had. "A place for everything and everything in its place" seems to be her operating principle. As guests, we very much appreciated this thoughtful aspect of how the house functions. The expectations for guests are clear and appropriate. Should questions need to be answered, Heather is unfailingly prompt and and helpful. At some point in the future we hope to book a summer stay just to try the outdoor shower. It looks amazing! Bert and Nancy's place was way above our expectations. Bert greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The property was beautiful, peaceful and serene. The inside was exactly the way it was pictured. The inside had a Zen feel. The inside was clean, spacious and everything you would need was there and available. Cute little touches were added throughout the room that were cute. I loved the light up birch tree. We didn't get a chance to walk the nature trail and wish we had. I am sure though it was beautiful. Bert had great communication. If you are looking for a retreat type place to get away this is your place. It was relaxing and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

This was a great place to stay. Jeri was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, warm, and friendly. The place was beautiful, and all the amenities made the stay very pleasant. Fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, along with chickens right outside really set this place apart. Wonderful place, wonderful stay, amazing host.

My friend and I stayed at Clare’s Airbnb in Montauk over the weekend, and she was one the nicest and most attentive hosts we have stayed with. Our room was really nice and contained everything we needed to have a very comfortable time. We really appreciated Clare for her very friendly hospitality and for going above and beyond for us whenever we needed her for something. And she was so lovely to our dog, Chi Chi ☺️ We will def stay at her place again if we make another visit to Montauk! 🐶🐾💕

The house was beautiful in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It felt very safe and was just a 5-10 drive into Main Street. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very confortable. We had our dog with us and it was a great location for taking him in nice walks around the neighborhood. Really great location. Jennifer was very proactive in messaging us everything we needed to know before we arrived.

Radim's place is cozy, peaceful and spacious! The apartment overlooks and has access to a beautiful backyard area with a spot for the morning coffee. Radim is a helpful, friendly, and easy-going host. We had a lovely time and would recommend his place two thumbs up!

We booked Tyler and Lauren’s place for a wedding we were attending in the area. It was perfect for our needs and close to the wedding venue. Their place was clean and comfortable and we took advantage of their outdoor fire pit area, including the s’more fixings they left for us. They have a lovely yard and Lauren was incredibly friendly and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. I would absolutely stay there again if visiting RI.

Place is as pictured. Overall was a good stay. Place is clean. The big TV is nice. The kitchen is a nice size. The place is less "polished" than others. Very DIY repairs/renovating but if you're just looking for a place to crash then this is a good spot. The area has some cool food markets and everything is pretty close.

Marilyn was wonderful! The home was so cozy and we enjoyed it. She was very kind, gave great recommendations and always answered promptly. There are beautiful trails to walk and a fire pit!! One of my favorite places I have stayed. I highly recommend if you want a peaceful and cozy stay.

Great lakeside retreat! Perfect for our small family!

We had a lovely stay here. The place was as described - Cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Johannah was very responsive and also left us with a thoughtful welcome package. We ran into a minor inconvenience during the stay and she was able to resolve it quickly. Would definitely visit again!

Great find! Hidden cottage away from the road, with lots of space to sit indoors and outdoors. Master bedroom spacious but missing blinds, make sure to bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in! Enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Tucked away in the woods right on the lake, it was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax. The cabin itself was adorable, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We only spoke to the host (Angela) briefly, but she was so kind and welcoming, and let us know she was available if we needed anything. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

It was the perfect space for us, cozy and clean. We were out and about for most of our stay, but it was an exceptional place to come back and unwind, relax and hangout. The speaker was a nice bonus. Just wished it didn’t rain as much, would have liked to use the fire pit. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
