Holiday rentals with lake access in New Kent County

This is such a beautiful location and Corey was such a great host. We will probably be heading back especially as the weather gets warmer.

It is a wonderful, private and quiet location. Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and all. Kristie was super responsive and helpful. I will be definitely returning.

The house is so cozy and made with so much love that you immediately feel at home. Perfectly clean and has absolutely everything you need. The host is exceptionally responsive and helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. If you like fishing or kayaking, you should definitely come. Well if you love nature and birds, this is your place. Big and small, there are a lot of them, and you can watch them endlessly. The place is very quiet and relaxing. I hope we come back.

Talk about being sad 😢to leave! Sometimes a location for an air BnB just hits it out of the park, and this is a great example. We LOVED our stay and took advantage of the yard and beautiful view daily! We fished off the dock and shore. Tip, since it is tidal water as long as you are on the shore or dock you don’t need a fishing license. Our pups loved the yard and going for a swim. There are a lot of great places to eat within a 30min drive. We were on a work trip, but would love to come back when we could take advantage of everything this place has to offer. It’s a gem! The surrounding area is fun to explore if you like antiques and boutiques. We loved the local vibe! You will have a great time.

This home was the perfect fit for our large group of 14. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the place was very accommodating! Larkin was very responsive and helped out immediately with any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and blankets, dishes, etc. for our entire group. The location is a small quaint town. The Blue Crab down the street had some delicious food but other than that there isn’t much around so you definitely need to hit up the store. The Food Lion is less than 10min away for groceries. Williamsburg is 30min away and Yorktown about 45min away- we visited both towns to explore. Overall a marvelous stay!

I rented Deborah’s place for my family so they could stay close by to my home in Urbanna. The house was spotless easy to find easy to get in and very well equipped. While the weather didn’t cooperate, there was plenty to do and the house feels much larger than it is due to the open floor plan and lovely decor. The house is less than five minutes from town and there is lots of shopping close by as well as several restaurants which we visited. We really enjoyed the quiet tranquility and the well-thought-out decor. One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! Claudia was very quick to respond to messages, everything was there that we needed from linens, to soap, to utensils. Within easy driving distance to downtown Richmond or any of the suburbs.

Great area! Walkable to the restaurants and beach. Beautiful view! Quiet area but accessible to everything.

We had a great time at this place. It was perfect for our family. The view to the lake was beautiful It's very close to Fort Gregg Adams which was very convenient for us. The house has all the essentials needed. Calandra was very responsive and helpful She was a great host. We would definitely book this place again.

Lindsay and Randy’s communication was impeccable—keeping me informed every step of the way, allowing me to seamlessly update my group without ever needing to follow up. I cannot recommend The Pearly Oyster highly enough—an exceptional experience all around.

We wanted a retreat from busy life and a place to all come together and this place did not disappoint. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing every day and throughout our five night stay we were amazed at all this place had to offer. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities.

This was exactly what we were looking for! Less than an hour from our busy city to pure peaceful, country living but still lots to do without even leaving the property. The kids stayed well entertained. Playing cornhole, fishing, ping pong or simply swinging on the swing before making s’mores. We will definitely be returning as us adults could just relax and enjoy the views. 5⭐️ without a doubt.
