Townhouse holiday rentals in New Braunfels

Hands down, one of the best Airbnb's I’ve stayed at! Both townhouses were super clean and felt practically brand new. The furniture was stylish and comfy, and the beds were awesome. The neighborhood felt really safe—being a block from the main police station definitely helped—and it’s only five minutes from the Riverwalk. Communication was smooth, and all the instructions were super easy to follow. Would 100% stay here again!

This is a very lovely condominium and a private condo community. It is well furnished but all the modern comforts you would expect. It is located a nice walk or short drive from historical Gruene Texas. You will enjoy the quietness and privacy of this community.

Loved this Airbnb! Suzanne was able to accommodate us with just a couple of hours' notice (initial Airbnb did not work out). Her responses were immediate and very friendly!! Her place is a townhouse, but we saw maybe one other person and never heard neighbors through the walls. Everything was very clean, with plentiful towels and great kitchen amenities. I was especially thankful to find a built-in shower seat and handheld shower head in the master bath! It made showering my disabled son so much easier AND he was safe at night because the bedroom he stayed in with me had a child safety handle! He did get up once and I did not hear him until he started trying to get out but could not! The couches are super comfy with plenty of blankets. The beds were comfortable as well! The 2-car garage was amazing to have! I've stayed in almost 30 Airbnb's, and I've never had a garage! Great for ease in getting groceries and luggage in as well as when raining. Thank you Suzanne! We will be back!!

Felipe was a great host! The house was exactly how the description listed it, and he made the arrival and departure instructions very clear. It was close enough to make short drives to places, and I was able to go on some walks while I was there. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect location! Jesse’s place offered a nice neighborhood feel while being close to downtown and the airport. We weren’t in the house too much over the course of the long weekend but it was the perfect place to relax at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our whole group commented that we’d stay there again next time we were in Austin!

Our stay was great. My husband exclaimed “this is what AirBnBs should always be like” The house is very clean and neat and the neighborhood is quiet.

If you want a cozy place that’s got cozy hime vibes, this is for you. The moment we walked in, we felt so at home . It has that vintage Texas vibe going on, decorated so simple and kinda boho Texas like. It is far away enough from the city, yet close enough to grab a bite to eat at a restaurant or go to Schlitterbahn(like 20 minutes away). We really enjoyed the view of Canyon lake from the patio. That was pretty cool! I recommend this place as it’s super comfy, close to New Braunfels, it was super clean , and had more pillows and extra bedding than needed.

Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. It was fun being located near Pearl district. The beds were comfortable. The accommodations were clean and as described. We hope to visit again soon.

Cute little spot that was absolutely great to bring our pups to. The park access was just what we needed to burn some puppy energy and explore a little. Would definitely stay here again/ suggest.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The home was spotless, super cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—it truly felt like a peaceful home away from home. The style strikes a perfect balance between minimalism and comfort, which made it feel both relaxing and functional. The location couldn’t have been better—just far enough from the noise for peace and quiet, but still really convenient to everything we needed (including SoCo and other Austin hotspots). The host Sarah was incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out times! She also was very responsive! And it was noted her taste in music is amazing! As a mom traveling with a toddler, I also appreciated how kid-friendly the space was. The layout was minimal, making it easier to relax, and the privacy locks (the kind you can open with a coin) gave us some peace of mind with curious little hands around. Highly recommend this spot—definitely saving it for future trips to Austin!

Place was adorable and the individual mini splits for each room keep things cool and comfortable with clear instructions on how to work the units for the best way to keep the areas comfortable. Kitchen & dining areas was very usable and well supplied. Beds were very comfortable and with plenty of towels. The downstairs bedroom was a bonus for us. My mother who only had to walk up the stairs the living area and not to the third floor to sleep, which also its own bathroom and temperature control. I would recommend this place to stay while staying in San Antionio and extremely close to the river walk and St Paul Square.

It was an incredibly clean place with extremely comfortable beds. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the ability to park in the garage. It was a very quick uber ride to the city and only about a 25 minute walk to the river walk. A great stay!

The living room was very comfortable with excellent Wi-fi access and Smart TV reception. The beds were very comfortable, with a generous supply of pillows and linens. Since we were there for three weeks, it was especially lovely to have access to the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, and dishcloths. The location was within a 15-minute drive of every type of restaurant, shopping area, and tourist attraction. If we ever need to stay in San Antonio again, this Airbnb will be our choice.

We loved staying at Erika’s townhouse. It was very clean and the beds were so comfy. Such a quiet and peaceful area. Close to anything downtown. Our kids enjoyed it!

This is a great place, close to everything. Comfortable and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay. Two things to keep in mind when you book: 1) There’s a shared wall and we would sometimes hear the neighbors. 2) It’s right across from Fort Sam Houston, so expect two bugle calls a day. They didn’t bother us but worth knowing ahead of time.

This place was so clean and comfy. Beds, pillows, linens and towels were all very comfy. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. 1 mile from a great grocery store and gas station. 45 minutes from SeaWorld, 30 minutes from Schlitterbahn, 40 minutes from natural bridge caverns, 30 minutes from Riverwalk. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner, full kitchen setup. Great place to stay, all the amenities and needs of a home.

We were in town for graduation. And it was close not only to the venue, but major highways and downtown. Great restaurants, shopping and activities. We really appreciated our host going out of their way to help us with an issue we encountered (NOTHING to do with the listing itself). Honestly, the place was clean, comfy and quiet. Would recommend as it has all the necessary amenities (washer/dryer/iron/fully stocked kitchen,etc.) and the location is close to riverwalk. Lots to do. Would stay again.

We had a very nice day at this Airbnb. It was very clean and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The host communicated very quickly even when I didn’t read the address correctly.! I would go back for the bed alone! We slept like a baby

Pretty much new house with Marriott quality pillows and blankets. It was impressive.

Paula was super patient with us and helped us during check in and walked us through the key code pad. She was so friendly & responds pretty much immediately! Will definitely stay here or at her other properties again!
