The house will be completely yours, our detached house with a garden in the center of Cappadocia awaits you for a comfortable and safe vacation. Our house has 4 rooms and 1 living room and will be allocated only to our guests during their stay. You can spend a peaceful time with small animals in the garden of our house and benefit from fresh vegetables and fruits in our garden. It is equidistant from the historical places in the region and offers you opportunities such as Balloon Tour, ATV tour, Horse safari and Jeep safari, Turkish night.

Located in the central bazaar of Cappadocia, our property is right in the middle of the places to visit. It is 4 km from the Göreme Open-Air Museum, 5 km from the centre of Ürgüp, and 6 km from Uçhisar. What's more, everything you might need (grocery store, restaurant, souvenirs, etc.) is within a five-minute walk. It is a 10-minute drive to the balloon launch sites, and you will also be in a position to watch the balloons take off. Our cave rooms are 300–400 years old and have retained their original features. Our house is located right next to Uçhisar Castle with a view overlooking Güvercinlik Valley. At sunrise, you can watch the balloons glide from our terrace. Our house has 2 separate bedrooms, a living space where you can enjoy the fireplace and a terrace with a barbecue & valley view. You will be comfortable in our house, which is ideal for large families, and you will enjoy peaceful moments by the fireplace. Simple House is the perfect choice for those looking for both comfort and the magic of the region in Cappadocia.

We have just completed the restoration of our hotel. All our rooms and facilities have been renovated. Our rooms have been redesigned in accordance with the texture of the region and in a modern way. Most of our rooms are cave rooms and we have a few arched stone rooms. Some of our rooms have bathtubs and fairy chimney views. Every morning, a rich breakfast is served on the terrace, accompanied by the magnificent sunrise. Guests can enjoy the view of hot air balloons rising over the valley.
