The cottage (85 m²) is located in a former barn, 5 km from Neuville-aux-Bois. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) 3 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 queen beds). Terrace, private garden with no overlooking neighbours, BBQ, boats/paddle boats, fishing, large covered playground, table football, table tennis, musical instruments (drums, guitars, synth, djembes) Flexible hours.

Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large living room divided into two parts.

Large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds (PLEASE NOTE, SHEETS/TOWELS ARE OPTIONAL), sofa bed. Fenced garden in front of and behind the house. Vehicles can be parked in the yard. Please note that you should consult the information regarding the cleaning fee and the sheets/towels option.

O'gite Sancerrois

Fully renovated self-catering home nestled between the vineyards and forests. Departure from walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois 5kms from the Loire route by bike. Village church classified as a historical monument. Visit of the wineries with degutation 200 meters from the cottage. An electric /hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €10 per day.

Charming 80 m2 detached house in a quiet property, in the heart of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition.
