If you like wide views of rolling hills in Burgundy, this is for you. Fifty kilometers of free view. We've had the neighbor farm house for twenty years+ and still can't get used to it. We (finally) finished renovating this small farm in 2023. It has a new bathroom with floor heating and a shower with a view you'll never forget. The new kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful meal, plus all the modern stuff. There are two work desks, fiber internet and a patio to stare at the sunrise.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

On the EURO-VELO 6 route and less than 100 m from the Loire and the Nivernais canal, this townhouse located in an interior courtyard is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. You can enjoy the pleasures of fishing, cycling and/or walking on the greenway. All shops are nearby (less than 5 minutes walk). Decize is less than 1km away, with its shops, cinema, swimming pool, canoe club, tennis, etc. Magny-Cours circuit and Morvan regional park are 25 minutes away
