Located in Perach, the holiday apartment Horst has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The apartment is suitable for vacationers who want to explore the region and for people who will soon start a job at the surrounding companies (WACKER, Werk Gendorf, ...) and are temporarily looking for a fully equipped stay. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.

In the immediate vicinity is also a supermarket. This place is perfect for families and larger groups! In the house, guests have a living room, four bedrooms (3 double, 2 single beds), two bathrooms and a large terrace.

From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
