Fantastically beautifully decorated old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to occupy yourself (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, etc.). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Six of you could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know, but it is also possible to check in flexibly via a key safe. We would absolutely recommend the place!

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and nothing was missing. But there's something to consider for tall people. Duck by the doors :-). It is an old farmhouse and in the past the people were smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already addressed and nothing else, it can only have been good:-)

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You have to go a little further to do your shopping, but you get peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally grazed in the garden (they ask you first if you don't mind) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and those seeking peace and quiet.

Everything you need. Super large property, beautiful house, ideal for people with dogs.

Were a group of seven. Everything you need. It's totally quaint. Location and the troid box itself, exceeded our expectations, even though we got a few bumps from the low doors;-) Contact and handling are totally friendly and uncomplicated.

We spent 2 nights in this little cottage with our 2 children. It is nice that there is a private small garden with a lounger and hanging chair, you are all by yourself and can eat outside. The swimming lake can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, which is also great. There is a small overview with nice tips. 2 of us slept in the large bed (with a thin, slightly harder mattress) located in a niche of the living room, the other two on the somewhat narrow living room couch. Overall, we liked it very much for a small weekend break and we could have stayed a few days longer.

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

The place completely exceeded our expectations🫶🏻 Inside cozy, clean, beautifully tuned interior to the last detail. Large garden, peace, nature👍🏼 The stay went smoothly. We were extremely satisfied and would love to come back. 😊

We stayed as two couples for a weekend in summer and felt completely comfortable. The accommodation is very clean, nicely decorated and located in a quiet, relaxed environment – ideal for unwinding. It was also particularly pleasant that we were able to charge our electric car on site. Mira is a super host: warm, attentive and always helpful with questions. Even got fresh eggs from their chicken coop for breakfast! :) I'm sure we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

The apartment was absolutely perfect: clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need from A to Z. A very pleasant accommodation of Heidi and Bert. Nice and spacious, with a lot of garden to go with it. The area is also beautiful, with nice towns nearby. Absolutely recommended as far as I'm concerned!

We spent the Easter weekend here with the grandparents. Since we did not leave the accommodation, I cannot say anything about the area. But the place was great. Lots of space. Personal tour of Robert's animals. Large barbecue. And especially to highlight the bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. This makes getting up and getting to bed very relaxed.

We were very kindly received by Doris and her husband and felt immediately comfortable. Everything you need is there, we have recovered well in the 4 days. The area is fantastic and there are many hiking trails right outside the front door. We were there with our 2 dogs and highly recommend the small apartment!

You can immediately feel at home in this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation. After numerous excursions on foot, ebike or car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. A welcome gift was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the likeable Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a relaxing afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. We were 8 men and more than satisfied with the accommodation. We felt at home and were fully satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will be happy to come back.

We highly recommend the place. Have been in many other accommodations, but here the inventory was very tasteful and everything very new and very clean, the beds very good. We will be happy to come back. It was very loving in detail, such as dog bowl, toys for the children, detergent, etc.

We felt like we were with good friends. Barbara took very good care of us. She is a super nice and friendly host. We received very good recommendations for excursions and tips. She was also always there for us. We will be happy to come back anytime.

The apartment is spacious, bright and very well maintained – a place where you would like to stay longer. Even though we were only there for a short time, we noticed how much peace and relaxation this place offers. The location is wonderfully quiet, perfect for switching off. We would like to especially highlight the hosts – warm and very helpful. Check-in as well as communication was hassle-free. A clear recommendation, we'd come back anytime!

Very idyllic and quiet location in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. There are many seating options available where you can end the evening. Rene was very nice and always easy to reach. I'm sure we'll be back!
