Charming apartment in an old building, within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cosy, newly renovated apartment in an old building on the first floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with a parking space right by the house. The centre of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometres away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 metres from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 metres. In the bedroom, there is a premium box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm.

Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. To the Ellwangen State Garden Show 15 km. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized recreational area since 2010, which meets the climatic and air hygiene requirements. Lots of hiking bike tours in the area. Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall.
