STUDIO de 30m2 dans une ancienne longère située en haut d'une colline vigneronne, au milieu d'un cadre arboré, mêlant charme de l'ancien, confort et design. Une grande pièce à vivre lumineuse, avec murs de terre et chaux, poutres apparentes, cheminée (non fonctionnelle), équipée d'une cuisine très bien équipée, d'un lit deux places 140x200 dont le matelas et d'un surmatelas tout neuf et d'un coin salon, ainsi que d'une salle de bain et WC privés entièrement créés pour le studio.
