Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The Southside Festival is within walking distance in about 30 minutes. Lake Constance and the Danube Valley are also within easy reach. Neuhausen offers a Netto, a doctor and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity of the property. A baby crib is provided.

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!

Beautiful apartment with separate entrance in a quiet location directly on the Honbergrücken. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen and a fully automatic coffee machine, a large living room with sofa bed and dining table/desk and a separate bedroom with a box spring bed (140 cm), bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a large terrace with seating.
