Holiday rentals with a sauna in Netherlands Antilles

I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

We had a fantastic vacation in this condo! From the moment we arrived we were met by Aimee who greeted us and showed around. We felt like the VIPs. This place felt like home. Well equipped with essentials: coffee, tea, spices, detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. Lots of floaties and sand toys that my kids enjoyed. Location is amazing – right on Eagle beach. Every question was answered promptly. Aimee and Suzanna went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. Can't wait to come back.

This is a great resort! It has a beautiful beach, several pools, a lazy river and is within walking distance to many great restaurants. The villa was clean and spacious. I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. Plus the views were amazing. Julie was very responsive and flexible. Overall, we had a great experience at this condo.

Zsofia was a great host. There was plenty of communication up from and throughout. The Cliff location is our favorite place to stay on the island. The accommodations are luxurious and the views are to die for. The pool is great and not crowded and the restaurant on site is delicious. Underground parking is a plus and proximity to restaurants and grocery stores helps too. Can't wait to stay the Cliff again next year!

Linda’s place is conveniently located being a short drive (or 15 minute walk) to Maho strip for restaurants and entertainment. The accommodation is in a safe gated community with a beautiful pool and well equipped gym. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful and comfortable outdoor patio.

We had a great stay in Aruba. I was impressed by how the apartment was fully stocked with everything you could think of needing. Parking was right out front and the security was impeccable. The only downfall was there was no where to sit outside.

Desi was helpful and gave us exactly what we wanted. We had a slight wrinkle and she worked with us so we could get the room we wanted.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

Great location just a few steps from the beach. Great floor plan for multiple families allowing individual space and privacy. Cindy was prompt to respond to our requests. We had one issue which was quickly resolved. All in all it was a great trip on one happy island!

Fantastic stay, great spacious condo (around 2000 sq. ft.), amazing location right on the water, view from the balcony looked like an infinity pool, unit was well stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella, loads of towels, etc. Marc is responsive and great to deal with, made recommendations for restaurants, very walkable neighbourhood with grocery store nearby, an organic market, bakeries and cafes for breakfast, lots of food selection including North American and European cuisine. Safe area, gated condo unit with security, excellent fitness facility with high-end equipment, indoor pool, saunas, etc. Private beach was amazing with barely anyone around, also walkable to Mullet Bay beach (public) which has a beach club and bars. Great swimming, water warm and enjoyable, very family friendly. Quiet area away from downtown, but not far to travel to the airport, casino, or into Phillipsburg.

Nous avons séjourné du 22 au 31 octobre dans la maison "coast 130". Elle est très bien agencée, spacieuse et agréable à vivre. A noter toutefois, que les clims des chambres sont installées et ventilent sur les lits. De plus, la maison étant proche d'autres, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise en fin de séjour de subir jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit, les rires, des voix fortes et chahut de plusieurs personnes irrespectueuses qui occupaient la maison d'à côté. Victor, notre hôte, est intervenu rapidement à 2 reprises. Nous l'en remercions. Ce fut un séjour génial, nous recommandons fortement le complexe sécurisé et aménagé pour que l'on en profite au maximum. Nous aimerions revenir!

This house was perfect for me and my family. It provided plenty of privacy with incredible views. The house has been very well decorated with immaculately furnished rooms. The gymnasium and workout facility were across the street, allowing me to continue my workouts. This home's kitchen was very well equipped and had one of the best washrooms I've ever seen in a Rental. Both the washer and dryer were new and worked flawlessly. The bottom line is that I will rent this house every time I'm in Saint Maarten if it's available, even if I don't need all of the space. I truly enjoyed it.

This is a very nice and spacious home with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The property is gorgeous with great amenities too. The only issue we had was locating the property when we arrived. Use “ The Cliff” for the address in WAZE , Google maps, etc. Not the Rhine Road address. You’ll never find it. lol. Great location but I recommend renting a car for convenience to the beach, bars , restaurants, grocery stores, etc just a short drive away. Great vacation! If available, we’d rent this home again when visiting SXM.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Nadine’s townhouse. It was very modern and had great parking right out front. It was a great location and we really enjoyed the rooftop area where we could cookout and eat at the big table while looking out at the ocean and watching the boats go by at sunset. We enjoyed the plunge pool and found the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal. We also enjoyed having the place cleaned half way through our visit.

We spent 4 nights here for work and absolutely loved the view. I spent hours every day on the balcony in the very comfortable chairs. The kitchen could use some TLC with the appliances but nothing bad enough to deter a stay. The only odd part of the condo is that there is no general tv. The only TVs are in the bedrooms so you can’t watch together as a group. Other than that, we loved that it was quiet, had a beautiful pool, could walk to several restaurants, the grocery store, and the beach and that the AC actually kept it COLD. I recommend for any travelers looking for a place to stay with the comforts of a resort without the people. Thanks Emmanuel.
