Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Netherlands Antilles

The Good: -James is a super kind, friendly and responsive host. -Apt has nice layout for 2, very comfortable bed, powerful A/C, and lovely kitchen to cook in. I loved his stove top. -Very nice full sized washer and dryer which has become a rare amenity on STJ. -Amazing projection TV. We loved watching movies at night. Needs Improvement: -Apartment was very dirty on arrival, however James had it cleaned the next day so the issue was resolved quickly. -Some advertised kitchen items missing or not available. James had them restored the next day. Even though our stay had some hiccups, we enjoyed our time and would not hesitate to recommend staying here for either a short or long duration. Important to note - you can rest assured that if you have any issues, James will absolutely take care of you. Thank you James for another memorable vacation!!

The Airbnb at Colony Cove was everything we needed and more! We were traveling from Florida with our daughter to celebrate her first birthday, and this stay truly exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating—they even had a pack 'n play ready for us, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. There was a bit of construction happening during our visit, but the workers were incredibly considerate—they paused work during our daughter’s nap time so she could rest peacefully. We were blown away by that level of kindness! The condo grounds were spotless, and we appreciated that someone came by every few days to clean the beach and remove the sea grass. The neighbors next door, who own their unit, were also a delight—so kind and funny, they made us feel right at home. My husband and I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the USVI. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Good welcome, always available and discreet. Fridge filled with drinks on arrival with something to snack on. Perfect Wi-Fi Nice view of the hill and sea from the terrace. Only small downside on the accommodation (lack of electrical outlets in the kitchen and storage). Rental is recommended.

Very nice place, enjoyed the pool and local beaches. French bakery is within walking distance! We didn’t have running water for 3 days because workers were on strike but it was of no fault of the owners. We had a wonderful visit! Thank you Marietta for sharing your home.

We only stayed one night but it was so prefect and peaceful! Having breakfast on the terrace hearing the ocean was spectacular. The apartment was very clean and cute. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I’m on this side of the island

What a great place to stay! We've stayed at Sugar Beach before and will keep coming back. We could walk out the back door and within just a few steps be out in the warm water and see fish and stingrays while snorkeling. The beach was never crowded. I don't think we ever saw more than 5-6 other people. The condo itself is well maintained (for a seaside building built in the 1970's). We had a minor problem with the a/c, but Earl was very responsive and had someone there to fix it within the hour. Thanks for that! See you next time...

Jo-Anne was an excellent host and her place was perfect for us! We enjoyed its central location making it easy to get anywhere on the island. Her place was clean, cozy, and peaceful. We appreciated the beach chairs and pool noodles too. Check-in was super simple. The little patio area under the palapa was a sweet little place to sit and enjoy breakfast. Aruba was absolutely beautiful! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Jo-Anne’s again!

First thing, be sure to have Whats app downloaded before you arrive to be able to chat with the Manager, Roy. That was our mistake. Let him know when you arrive and he will come and get you. The Airbnb was wonderful. We absolutely loved it. The bed was comfy and the shower was terrific. We googled how to use the coffee machine but after that, it was simple. Make sure the container has water and the container has coffee beans and turn it on. Be sure to bring wash clothes if you prefer and body wash. You can buy more toilet tissue or other toilet items at the drug store on the corner if you need more. We used the washer and dryer. The water container needs to be emptied out in the dryer, top left, or it will stop drying. We had our own detergent and dryer sheets. The location was the best. We loved being in walking distance of everything. Great beer brewery across the street. Thanks Roy for taking us to the airport when we departed. There are two Airbnbs to choose from that are gorgeous.

Beautiful and great place for the family, very private , super fun, cozy, comfortable, exotic. Hearing the beautiful sounds of the mountains and countryside. Perfect for all ages. Perfect for a large family and even for couples. In fact you can stay in house for your entire vacation and still have plenty of fun without leaving the property.

Very beautiful home and very well taken care. Place is comfortable and very updated and clean. I had no issues during my stay.

Everything was very organized, clean, quiet, private, he was always attentive and accessible. Excellent facilities for families and everything as illustrated. The pool is extremely clean. There were plenty of extra towels and sheets, all the kitchen basics. 3 minutes' drive to the hot springs. Everything nearby: bakeries, supermarkets, gas stations, shopping centers. I recommend it 100%, and I'll be back.

I thought it was ocean view but the beach is just a few min walk. I appreciated the quiet corner of the house, and got to know the neighbors. I liked the private parking, the access to the patio and the cleanliness of the house. They were very responsive & even let me extend my stay last minute because of flight change. I'll definitely be back. I loved luquillo and 🇵🇷 overall. My stay was close to everything and made exploring easier.

Ponce is Ponce and rest is the parking lot. Excellent place and the people are very friendly.

The Views, the Pool, & the Sunsets is 1000+ words all by itself!!! Enough Said!!! The house, communal living spaces, chefs kitchen, and bedrooms exceeded the photos. Bring your food and beverages and you will not need for anything... All else is provided... As far as Michael and his team... You could not ask or hope for a better bunch of people to communicate or deal with.... From the initial introduction, preparing for the trip, questions that might arise, etc. Michael's response time was mostly less than 15 min. & I always saw that Monique( one of Michael's team) almost always read every message seconds after sending prepared to react in an emergency which fortunately was never necessary. Great, no, Amazing job by all! Proximity to Mambo and Jan Thiel Beaches is remarkable as well as some of the best food trucks (Fridays!) Curacao has to offer so close by!!! And the best Smoothies and Arepas Breakfast across the street. Just look for the GIANT CUP especially at night!!! Tha

Jonathan's place was really nice and cozy. It was 6 of us and we all were comfortable and able to move around. The neighborhood was peaceful and we were like 15 20 mins from Ponce Airport. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very welcoming and responsive. The property is in a quiet and peaceful area with a beautiful view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. This spot was very clean and updated nicely! Nice view overlooking the boat docks and great sunrise pictures if you are an early bird! Recommend staying here for anyone looking to go to Sapphire Beach! Very quick responding and great updates. 10/10!

We stayed for 5 nights and throughly enjoyed our time here. The place was spacious with gorgeous views of the blue water of the Caribbean Sea. We were a short taxi ride from the heart of Eagle Beach and walking distance to supper market and Restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The airbnb was the perfect space for our Family. We traveled with 6 total and had plenty of space. It matched the photos perfectly and was very clean inside. Host was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay again!
