We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Santionatella Luxury & Exotic Villa is situated in the highly desirable beach front Parador neighborhood. It is just two minutes walk from Burriana beach, and only 5 minutes walk into town. Everything is within walking distance. Ideal for families, friends and for physical limitations. This 220 m2 villa (on one plan floor), has recently refurbished. It offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms with a beautiful interior finished to a high standard with luxury, exotic gardens private pool & jacuzzi.

Till ”balkongen” in centrala Nerja är det 3,5 km och till närmaste strand 750 m.
