The place is extremely clean and tastefully furnished. Despite the location on the main road, which means good accessibility, it was very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Within walking distance are beach, park and some good restaurants, so you are well taken care of. When we were there, the nights were cold. However, we had enough heating. In the kitchen everything was available. The main fuse is designed with 16 amps. Therefore, when heating, you should be careful and not to switch too many devices on at the same time. Annamaria was extremely eager to fulfill every wish and was always available and approachable. She is a great hostess.

We spent our family vacation in Hungary and stayed 10 days at Zoltan's house. The key handover went smoothly and we got everything explained by his parents. After that, we felt very comfortable, our daughter had many toys available and our dog was also welcome and felt comfortable. The house is well equipped and has everything you need for a vacation. The location was perfect for us. We thank Zoltan for the great time in Hungary and his helpfulness. :)

Jozsef was friendly and very accommodating. Apartment was beautiful and the little garden is perfect for kids and babies. Close drive to the beach and promenade. 25 minute walk to those locations (big uphill to walk back up to the apartment :D)

Kind and helpfull owner. Very Nice accomodation with spectaculair vew, terace and a lovely garden with pool!. Everything there to have a great Holiday at this awsome place. The road up can be tricky and bumpy…….But…All part off the fun! More than worth.

The house is located in a quiet place on the vineyard. On the way up, it's a good idea to keep in mind that not all cars can cope with the gravel roads on Lake Balaton. Everything was very clean and tidy. The house is well equipped. One minor glitch was the size of the towels (hand towel size). We had a good time.

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s place with our family! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The kids absolutely loved the selection of toys, which kept them entertained throughout our stay, and the big garden was a perfect spot for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The location was fantastic as well—everything we needed was close by, from shops to parks, making it super convenient for our family. Eva was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.

Very great location, basically just 5 minutes on foot from the beach and all the main attractions in Siófok. As for the accommodation, everything was clean and functional, with great parking in the area. The wellness was average, the water in the pool was a little colder, but I have nothing to complain about. The biggest advantage was the outdoor patio, which was very cozy and big, but you'll just love it as soon as you get there. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

We were very satisfied and liked everything. A youthful, modern environment, great cleanliness, perfect equipment, little extra. The kids really enjoyed it too. The landlord was very kind, helpful, and flexible. Highly recommend.
