This duplex had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. Neighbors were friendly when they saw us in the backyard. All of the restaurants are not far, and there are lots of close distilleries. Bardstown was a charming town - we loved it!

We loved this listing. I was like being right at home. Loved being able to sit outside and not seeing neighbors. A little slice of the country. We are grateful we got to stay here.

Fredie’s place was the perfect place for our family during our stay near Louisville. The house was a good size for us, and our kids loved hanging out in the game room. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. He was very responsive and attentive to our needs the entire time. Thanks, Fredie!

Marilyn’s place was great. Very clean & was well stocked with whatever you need. Location is central to Makers Mark & Log still Distilleries as well as some others in the area. There is a grocery store & Dollar General in Loretto which is a town close by. Bardstown is within 30min also. I would definitely recommend this rental & will use again if I’m back in the area.

Had a great stay at Daniel's place while with 2 other couples exploring the Bourbon Trail. Highly recommend the location. Yes, it's in the country, but most distilleries are within a 20 minute drive, which is great. The house was very clean and easy for 3 couple to stay in comfortably. Thanks Daniel! I'd def stay here again next time I am in the area.

This was a super Luxe place to stay. We felt immediately at home, and everything was in order. Every detail reinforced our choice to stay there. Would strongly encourage anyone to stay here to feel very connected yet just far enough away that you’re not in the loud hustle and bustle of downtown Bardstown. Hosts were super-quick to respond and make recommendations.

The house was lovely and inviting!! It felt like a home away from home. It was wonderful for traveling with children!

Terrys listing was the perfect place for my wife and I. We are local to the area but needed a place to stay temporarily as she had just been released from the hospital after having major surgery. Not only were we able to stay local to our area, but the house was perfectly set up for her first few days home. The bathroom gave her plenty of room to move around and the shower was exactly what she needed with the detachable shower head, bench, large space, and ability to walk in and out easily. We were also glad to not have a lengthy check out process, something that we’ve encountered at other places. The ability to use the garage was also very helpful as my wife’s mobility was limited for the first couple of days. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Our stay was extended over several months bc we were there for work. Everything was as shown in the listing. The location was peaceful and felt like home. The owner was always being responsive and accommodating when we had to extend our stay.

We had a fantastic quick stay on our long drive from Maine to Texas! Jack's place was absolutely beautiful, private and cozy! We felt right at home and had everything we could possibly need for our quick trip but it was well stocked for longer visits as well! We loved the views from the huge wrap around porch both morning and night, watched an incredible frosty sunrise and saw fantastic shooting stars on our arrival. We highly recommend Jacks place and would definitely stay again. Jack had excellent communication and his place was impeccably clean. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The view from front porch are breathtaking. The sunset from living room is one to remember. I'll definatly be back. Thank you for the wonderful visit.

Cozy and comfy cabin, however,no washing machine as indicated in the ad. It matters if you want to stay longer than a weekend. Overall,great place for great outdoors with even greater purpose of supporting and honoring our soldiers.

This is a spacious and beautiful home with a large yard. We had a lovely time and hope to come back in the Fall.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very comfortable and welcoming. The view from the patio was the perfect setting for morning coffee and dinner off the grill. Quite peaceful location and close to downtown Louisville.

Beautiful charming home (the staircase is amazing). Plush bath towels. Cute clawfoot tub. Loved that each bedroom had their own temperature control. Nice extra fluffy comfy blankets. Enjoyed the pool table. Super close to Makers Mark Distillery, close enough drive to Heaven Hill and Willett.

Our group had eight adults who came to explore some distilleries on the bourbon trail. The home accommodated our group nicely with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. It was a lovely home with a very quiet, peaceful setting. We enjoyed some time sitting on the deck or porch and also playing shuffleboard. The communication and attention to detail of the home were greatly appreciated. We would definitely rent the home again for another trip to the area.

This charming home has lots of character and met our needs very well. I even thought it was better inside than the pictures showed. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows outside in the fire pit while enjoying the hot tub. This home was easy to access and in a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Samantha for being so accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Bardstown. Spacious home and back yard with privacy. Walking distance to gas station for snacks and drinks and a short ride to great restaurants, bars and downtown life. We had 7 guys for a long bourbon trail weekend and never felt cramped in the home. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay for our group. The hot tub was great. We were close to downtown and and the other things we wanted to do.

Great place to stay and was a great hub for visiting the distilleries. Bill and Heather were great with responding and the house was prefect for a larger group.
