400 sf of a fully renovated and convertible garage into a cozy studio! Guests have a separate and private entrance to the place. It’s15-20min to the strip, and 5min to Aliante and Canary casinos. Also, is 5 min to shopping centers and restaurants. Has a full bath, TV, own AC, kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, a 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things you need to cook your food. You also have access to one parking spot in the driveway under a covered patio

Guests are more than welcome to use anytime from May to September, but in the summer, trust me, you won't need that. ~5 minutes to LV Motor Speedway (EDC, NASCAR, etc) Approximately 20 minutes to Downtown and Las Vegas Strip. 25 minutes to the airport.
