Independent ❤️ Guest House 10min from Downtown LV

Cozy independent guest house for 2 guest maximum, with your own private bathroom, and free parking on the street. With all the amenities to be comfortable during your stay. Street parking is safe in this neighborhood, and we have security cameras looking at the street for more security. Self checking available with code lock door for your convenience and independent mobility, no limits about how late you can arrive. The guest house is a small casita in my backyard but in an independent space.

Make yourself at home in this beautiful four year old private mother in law suite in a new gated community. It is a one bedroom apartment with your own private entrance, bedroom, private bathroom with a shower, washer and dryer, small kitchenette, TVs in the living room and bedroom, a convertible queen sofa bed, and free parking. This home is located in a great area in the northwest of Las Vegas. It is just 15 minutes to the strip, 10 to the speedway, 5 from restaurants and shopping.

Private casita with queen bed, nightstand and closet space, private bathroom, private entrance, and access to nice backyard (through side gate) Please be advised that the entire Pool/SPA area is NOT heated and CANNOT be heated. Guests are more than welcome to use anytime from May to September, but in the summer, trust me, you won't need that. ~5 minutes to LV Motor Speedway (EDC, NASCAR, etc) Approximately 20 minutes to Downtown and Las Vegas Strip. 25 minutes to the airport.

Full shower/tub combo upstairs in a private townhome gated community with security guards and roving security. Tucked away from the busy city, near Airforce base. Convenient access to freeway and VA hospital. Near Speedway and Nellis Dunes. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Las Vegas Strip 13 miles...Fremont 10 miles.
