Drug use, substance abuse, and other violations are prohibited and will be dealt with according to the law. - An outdoor barbecue area with a barbecue grill is provided (bring your own charcoal and small pieces of grill mesh). Please clean it after use. - No firecrackers, fireworks, please advise if you have a special request. - Please lock the doors and windows when you go out, and take responsibility for the property.
