Holiday rentals with a sauna in Neiva

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. The location was unbeatable, right next to the mall, with tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away, which made everything so convenient! The building itself was secure and full of great amenities. The apartment was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated—truly felt like a luxury stay. Every detail was well thought out, and the Sebastian was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa en el apartamento de Sebastián. A perfect stay. The host was always attentive and decisive, from the reservation to the end. The apartment is just like the photos: new, comfortable, with AA in all areas (bedrooms and living room) and comfortable beds. The location is unbeatable, next to the best shopping mall, and the view from the pool on the terrace is spectacular. Highly recommended!

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. The place was clean, well located and had everything I needed to feel at home. Communication with the host was clear and quick. I enjoyed having my own space and the freedom to organise my time. It was definitely a good experience that I would repeat.

The notice said that it had parking but it is outside the complex, the number of people to use the pool is not in the notice and the hours to use the pool, it is very important to clarify these issues

The stay was perfect, Darys made us feel right at home, helped us with recommendations for everything from transportation, food and places to visit. It was definitely an unparalleled experience, I really appreciate all the attention they gave us. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it

Maria’s place was incredible! So clean and comfortable. We slept amazingly after long days out. She was always responsive to our requests which made the stay even better. We highly recommend her Airbnb to anyone coming to neiva.

The apartment was pristine clean. Has a nice view of the city. I also liked the light system, it’s so easy to see how to turn them On and Off.

A spectacular apartment, very comfortable, spacious, the area is very nice, 2 shopping centers, very quiet, we felt super comfortable in the stay, Miguel was always in touch , very friendly. Hopefully back to the next San Pedro
