"Our stay at Welcomes Homez PD was truly wonderful! The home was incredibly cozy, clean, and perfect for a relaxing break. The host was not only kind and welcoming but also very flexible with our check-in time, which made our arrival stress free. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities provided , free high speed WiFi, a Smart TV for our evening entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchenette that made it easy to prepare meals. The environment was calm and peaceful, just what we needed to unwind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and host-friendly stay in PD. We’ll definitely come back!"

A cozy and peaceful place to visit for get away from city’s busy life. The building looks very old outside but the unit itself makes you forget how the outside looks like. We had a great time, there was a cleanliness issue at the beginning after the check in but after I informed the host, he had the housekeepers to come down and clean the affected area. Anyhow, it was a great place for anyone who wants peace and relax over the weekend or perhaps any days. The host was fast responsive to ensure I am staying comfortable in the unit.

Responsive host. Home is as per photos, homey feeling. Check-in instruction easy to follow. Go through guard house at entrance to register and park car right in front of the building of the unit. Unit is at second floor (stairs only). Kitchen has got drinking water machine, fridge, appliances, pan and pots, etc. which allows us to do light cooking. Water machine dispense both hot and warm water. 1 side of the house is facing the beach and sea area, the other side is facing the pool area. Have no complaints, everything is good with the unit. Pool is quite deep so those with kids need to be cautious. Love that we could clean up at shower area at the pool side after we come back from the beach. Beach is same stretch with Villea PD. Went weekdays, not crowded. There’s monkeys around. Kids really enjoy the stay, would love to come back again. Thanks so much Timmy for having us! :)

Super clean and very comfortable

It is very clean, just a piece of cloth in the kitchen.Cooling has a little bit of heat.Everything else is ok, love it!

So far, the best homestay I've ever been to. The host is very responsive and friendly. The house can fit up to 20 pax. So spacious and extremely good. Nothing to complain about. Totally worth the money. Only the karaoke microphone was very loud.Otherwise everything perfect.

a great place to stay, everything matched the description. probably the only downside is the place is very near to hutan/semak samun so a bit too quiet and secluded at night. but overall we enjoyed our stay

Khoo's place is within a walkable distance to beach. Bath towels are absorbent, and the kitchen is well equiped. The building is old, but the renovation is new. We enjoyed the stay.

It's very responsive host and willing to listen to people's feedback, definitely a good experience that had a host like him.

Thank you for the wonderful stay Mr Sathia .Very responsive and helpful host. We arrived quite late to the home,despite being late night ,they were very polite and kind to entertain to our queries. The place is spotless ,sheets and towels were very clean .Basic amenities were all provided. Rooms are spacious enough . Will definitely recommend this place ! Beautiful sea view and the sunset was just perfect The beach is just walking distance,Well managed pool . We had some issues on the second night ,where the building had some power outage ,Mr Sathia was very helpful and supportive throught out the ordeal . Highly recommended!!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the breathtaking ocean view right from the living room. The large windows and balcony were perfect for enjoying the sunset. The apartment was well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, offering easy access to the beach and pool, as well as local restaurants and shops. The beach and water were both clean and inviting. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway by the ocean. We can't wait to return!

Very convinient to access the beach. Close to eatery and if you need a quick dip, the swimming pool is available. And the place is great for a family trip, light cooking is permissble as there are utensils available for your use. Hot shower is available, lodging area is equiped with air cond.

Second time repeat at this place with my family. Definitely worth the price. Will visit again next time. 😊

This is our 3rd stay and we enjoyed our stay here, will come back again.

Clean and tidy, peace and quiet. A few minutes walk to the beach but worth it for the beautiful and clean street and beach, if you want to park your vehicle by the beach it is accessible from the back street.

nice stay. lovely view from house. has water filter- no need to buy bottled water for drinking water. short walking distance to beach. beautiful sunset view.
