We stayed at this industrial style Airbnb for a local wedding and absolutely loved it! Had everything we needed and more! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were very glad & appreciative to have a 1-night stay option for 6 of us to attend a Monday night Packer game instead of having to book a 2-night minimum required stay at a hotel with inflated prices. Chad's home is very cozy and was the perfect space for us & if we have another evening game in the future we will be staying here again.

Very nice place to stay. Couldn’t get tv to work and cleaning deposit was a bit high. But very close to our kids, which was nice. Will stay again.

Stayed here for the NFL draft and couldn't of been happier. Quick drive to Green Bay and not far from Appleton airport. Such a cozy little spot, super quiet and great location

Everything was great! Getting in was super easy they sent us the code and we got in just fine. The place was clean and well organized. We had an issue with the tv upstairs. But they responded quickly and were able to help me get it working in no time.

My kids and I were in Green Bay for a family high school graduation. This was a perfect place to stay. It was a cozy retreat for us to wind down, play games, cook nice meals and get great rest. Nathan’s home was a great family location, with a big fenced in backyard and fire pit. The home was well-appointed with cozy beds, linens, great kitchen products, awesome family games and many thoughtful touches (robes, chargers, computer screens to plug into, to name a few). The surrounding neighborhood was easy to walk our dog in, go to the park which was a couple blocks away, and the home location was near all the places we needed to go. Nathan was a really responsive and helpful host. We would definitely like to stay again.

This peaceful property right on the water was exactly what we were looking for! We spent the weekend kayaking, reading on the patio, and watching wildlife from the dock. The house was a very clean and comfortable place to sleep and relax during a rainstorm. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Great coffee shop, brewery, and restaurants within 20 minute drive.

The house was as advertised and was very clean. Appreciated the little touches like the clothes steamer in the laundry room. Only negative was the walkway by the front step into the house is sinking and it was quite a steep step to get into the house.

This was the second year in a row that my wife and I stayed at Tom's place when we visited Appleton coming all the way from Louisiana for our annual summer family gathering. We loved the place so much last year that when we saw it was available again this year at the time we were visiting we instantly booked it. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, cozy, in a nice neighborhood located conveniently in the center of the Appleton area, and for a decent price. You can't go wrong staying here, and we would happily book it again!

I came for the IMSA race and everywhere was booked. Found this place and was very happy! The price was what I found to be the right price and the place was perfect. It was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. I met the owner personally and they were very friendly and welcoming. For next year’s race, I will be back :)

Cute little airbnb in a private vacation rental community, but everyone is so close that it’s not very private. i wish i would’ve known beforehand that most businesses and some of the amenities such as the hot tub were still closed for the year… i think the price is steep for the off season since half the amenities weren’t available, but still had a nice retreat.

Home away from home. Elkhart is my Happy place. I will definitely be back sooner than you think and definitely will reserve the condo again. Clean and peaceful.

Beautiful spot with lots of activities to partake in near by. Tiki bar by the beach is great! Luke is also a great host and extremely communicative.
