Cabin holiday rentals in Necedah

My two best friends and I stayed at the fabulous Refugio Graziella for a relaxing girls’ weekend and it. was. perfect. Most of the weekend was spent lounging and chatting in all the many wonderful spaces the home offers: sipping coffee on the peaceful screened-in porch, relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the serene fire pit under the string lights with ample firewood and supplies, doing crafts and playing games at the inviting dining room table, cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and listening to music in the cozy living room. We did not end up using the sauna (just didn’t have time), but are already planning a winter getaway to RG. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet getaway, surrounded by nature but still a short drive away from anything you need or want. Clearly, so much thought was put into anticipating the needs of their guests, and that makes Refugio Graziella a place you immediately feel comfortable. 🥰

This location was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back the moment we got there. We actually got to see a black bear and three Cubs right in the yard, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see them again after that there’s also a beautiful area to walk on a trail and see people climbing a rock very nearby! she was super responsive. The hot tub was gorgeous. We have a blow up hot tub ourselves and it works fantastic and it was very clean so is the bathroom. The heated seat toilet was a nice touch. we had anything we needed and the air-conditioning worked great!! I will say definitely don’t eat at the turtle restaurant bar in the area. Service was absolutely horrible. After waiting an hour and a half our food never came and they gave us drink chips which we will never use because why would anyone wanna go back?lol! but that had nothing to do with her. This place was fantastic and they were extremely accommodating. thank you again for a terrific day. We hope to be back soon.

This cabin was perfect for a getaway with my husband. We loved the private location nestled in the woods. The hot tub was great. We also really appreciated the recommendations about a few easy local hikes and sites to see in Montello that made for a fun morning adventure. Everything was as pictured online. The only downside was some lackluster water pressure in the shower, but that was a very minor negative. In the grand scheme of things, this place was a gem!

The cabin was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was really nice to see the bison walking around near the cabin and we were also able to have a really fun campfire outside in the fire pit. Also there was a gas grill where we could do barbecue. We had a really nice time and it was really clean and comfortable and cozy.

Wonderful setting for a couple’s getaway. It beautifully combines rustic charm with modern comforts; updated appliances, a stylish bathroom, and cozy furnishings throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind, though the stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow, so keep that in mind. We loved soaking in the hot tub, playing board games, and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. One of the highlights was renting kayaks from The Minnow Bucket, which delivered them right to us! We enjoyed paddling and fishing on Lake McGinnis and biking through the peaceful surrounding area.

This cabin was perfect. It had everything necessary to have a fun and relaxing stay. It was the perfect getaway. Peaceful, quiet and just what we needed. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone you won’t regret it. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The hot tub was clean and ready to enjoy and the sauna was such a relaxing treat. The basement was definitely a highlight: spacious, cozy, and perfect for lounging with a huge, super comfortable couch and a big TV, even a foosball table! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and made check-in easy. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

We had a wonderful time! Tricia was an amazing host. Very responsive & helpful with instructions and recommendations. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and sledding/playing outdoors in the snow! The location is peaceful & beautiful. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Barbara’s cabin! It was MAGICAL! The property was completely private and peaceful. The most private and peaceful property we have ever visited. The fact that it is located in an area with many Amish neighbors means that there is a peace and quiet as well as harmony in the countryside. We would sit out for our morning coffee on the porch swing and listen to the passing of the horses and carriages. We sat outside all day long every day soaking in the peaceful serenity and the glorious old woods that surrounded us. The best of which was the stunning huge old Oak Tree that graces the front yard. In the morning we would hear the birdsong and the wind in the trees. At nighttime it would grow quiet and last night I heard a Whip-Poor-Will for the first time in my life! Amazing! We bought organic fruit and vegetables at the nearby Amish roadside stand, Busy Bees. The cabin was comfy, cozy& amazingly clean! The windows were spotless! A gem!

Once again the stay was very relaxing. There was a few additional amenities this time. Carolene really cars for the place and they people thats stay there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable secluded place. Check out the Amish bakery and unwind. Thanks again!

Great place to stay for a family wedding. Michelle was always very responsive and so helpful. She had a few extras included in the house that made it feel like home (k-cups for the adults and toys for the kids to play with)!

A very nice clean and comfortable cottage. We were there for walleye fishing on the Petenwell flowage...very close to the county park boat ramp, and very close to a friendly bait shop and gas...we are definitely planning on returning. Thank you

This was the most well stocked Air B&B I've ever been to! The kitchen has an assortment of spices, zip locks, wraps, and appliances. The icemaker in the fridge worked great as did the water dispenser. The yard, basement, and garage games were amazing and kept us entertained for most of our stay there. I feel like there were more than were mentioned in the listing. It's very peaceful with walking access to the lake that is down a few flights of stairs. Personally, we did not think it was possible to get the kayak down the stairs but if you took it to the nearby beach, it would be usable. We saw lots of deer who got pretty close to the cabin including some fawns. The speaker system in the cabin is amazing, it goes through much of the rooms and I think the garage too. The firepit was well stocked with tons wood and plenty of comfortable seating. The huge gas grill that worked really well and included the tools needed along with being easy to roll onto the driveway. A lovely place!

We recently stayed at a beautiful waterfront home in Nekoosa, WI, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property’s location on Lake Sherwood provided stunning views and easy access to the water. Mornings were peaceful, sipping coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the lake. The home was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process seamless. We especially enjoyed the private dock, which made fishing incredibly convenient. Overall, this property offered the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor fun. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene lakeside getaway.

It is one of the loveliest Air BnB places I have stayed in. Barb is a great host and very helpful and friendly. The cabin was beautifully decorated and the grounds are so beautiful and well tended. Absolutely Lovely. The only issue we had was with phone service (no Verizon coverage) and no WiFi available. Recommend downloading your maps and Barb’s directions before you get to Ontario. None of this was the host’s fault and does not detract from the overall beauty and charm of the place. We loved it. Will be back!

Very happy with our stay! The pictures online don’t do this place justice! Plenty of space to host a large family, inside and outside! The host really thought about all the details to bedding, the amount of towels, outside, inside furniture to even having walking paths with lights. We even ran into an issue with the garbage cans outside filling up sooner then we thought and once I reached out to the host less than an hour he had someone come empty them and bring an extra bin. The stay felt welcoming and safe being in someone else’s home. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends!
