A place for meditation, a place where you can only hear the forest, the sound of birds, breathe fresh air, when it's beautiful you swing in a hammock between the trees, when it rains you can relax inside. You can book at least 2 consecutive nights. There is no shower in the Observatory, just a kettle and a basin with clean water to rinse, or you can use the pond by the sauna:-) Therefore, consider the length of your stay. You will walk 200 m through the forest to the Observatory, so a wheeled suitcase is not a good idea for luggage:-)

You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Jednopokojový slunný byt s kuchyňským koutem, vlastní koupelnou a WC. Dům postaven cca 1830 na základech středověké brány do města na cestě "Svatá Anna" z Čelkovic, leží těsně pod hradbami na jižním svahu nad údolím řeky Lužnice, 2 minuty pěšky od hlavního náměstí. Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Vchodové dveře opatřeny kódovým zámkem (kód bude zaslán smskou) = samoobslužný check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

Lipenská Chajda offers magical accommodation in the historic village of Radslav. The accommodation is located in the historic village of Radslav near Černá in Pošumaví, a few minutes walk from Lipna beach. Chajda is suitable for 1-2 families or for 6 friends, who will be throughout the stay under the supervision of the elf Radoslav, who stands right at the front door. The hotel in the immediate vicinity also offers our guests a sauna, massages, all-day meals and bicycle rental.

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Modern functionalist LOFT overlooking the castle and the town, 10 minutes' walk to the oldtown, Free parking in front of the house, or locked garage if needed for extra fee, smoking only on the terrace allowed, not suitable for wheelchairs (stairs), ideal for 4 or 5 adults or max. 7 guests if travelling with children. Well equipped kitchen ( Tee, Coffee facilities … )

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
