Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

The place is ideal for recharging your batteries! Imagine a lovely 37 m² house buried in the rock, completely restored with eco-friendly materials. The cave does not have a mobile network. The Negron Cocoon

It has a bedroom that can accommodate two people, a small sofa for one person. Everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and various utensils in an AE kitchen. Located near a convenient road and free parking just 100 m away, you also benefit from a self check-in for more freedom.
