The place is great! Very good location, next to the big wheel. The view from the pool is amazing. There is a cafeteria inside the building that sells all kinds of food practically. The cleaning was excellent. All great. I would and would come back.

Our stay was great, everything was clean when we arrived, well equipped, close to the market, pharmacy, restaurants… I didn't have any communication issues with Guilherme, all questions I had, he answered me promptly! We love it!

Gleidson was extremely attentive, responded very quickly and gave me hints about the city. Espaço was a love affair, it is easy to see that each corner was thought with a lot of love, in addition to being very functional It is a beautiful space and the view and the location are PERFECT. And the building also has a great structure, with coffee, gym and even lounge. I loved waking up in the morning with that view. I will definitely return.

It was a great stay, I wanted to start by saying that, thank you very much for Alisson's receptivity, who was very helpful, the apartment was perfect. We had a little trouble checking in and there was a communication problem that was resolved later, and that was our only problem. We arrived at the apartment and everything was clean and wonderful, the host left a pack of water in the fridge and some other items for our consumption that helped us a lot in the beginning. In addition to all this, the building space is perfect and has everything a family needs, I have two little brothers who certainly enjoyed all the spaces offered, certainly one of our best trips.

Check-in was facilitated by sending an informative video, and the photos of the listing match the listing, which has new equipment and nice and modern furniture. To have a correct size, the size of the site is very similar to a hotel room and is appropriate for one person. The bathroom is extremely small; bathing is an arduous task. Although the kitnet is impeccable inside, it is located in an old building with no elevator and no ventilation. Even with frequent cleaning, the hallway smells awful. Outside the problems pointed out, I reiterate that from the door to the inside the place is fabulous.

The space is organized, it has everything that is described. Quick and effective communication. Proper cleaning.

Great local, the host is very attentive and helpful, cozy local, with security and privacy assured. We will certainly return.

Very good stay, environment complies with what is shown

The environment is exactly like in the pictures, super clean bathroom, all brand new, shower with good pressure, it was a great time!

Very nice it is the same as in the images, a little smaller the bathroom than I imagined but it has all the comforts that I may need even loaned umbrella and chair for the beach, super recommended if they go as a couple, although it has a sofa bed I would not recommend going more than two people by the size, 10 minutes from the beach and one block from the supermarket and 20 minutes from the pedestrian is a little long but very good location within everything, I would go again!

Excellent, well-equipped, flexible entrance. Highly recommended.
