The apartment is located on a tree-lined street in Colonia Narvarte. It is located 8 minutes from the Eugenia Metro. Opposite there is a cafeteria, one or two blocks away there is a greengrocer, restaurants, laundries, tortillerias, Oxxo, mini-supermarkets, breweries, ice cream parlors, etc. It is located on the second floor and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and a bedroom with full bathroom. It has a coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, blender, and all kitchen utensils. It has TV, cable, and Netflix.
