Holiday house

Holiday house from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire detached house in which there is on the ground floor a common room with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, together with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and in the attic two bedrooms with disposition, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (possibly two adults and three children). Everything in the Bohemian Forest. You can use the garden and seating area with barbecue. Guests have full privacy.

110 square-meter LOFT in the countryside

Either you are looking for some days of relax and nature or you book for working reason, this gorgeous open space fits everyone's needs! The space is quite big, 110 square meters, the warm tropical wood floor with the fireplace in combination with the modern furniture will make you feel at home. Wooden house alone at the edge of the forest

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Enjoy the tranquility and a fantastic panoramic view of the Danube and Bavarian Forest on the Schlossberg. With luck, even a buzzard or red kite will circle, and birds will chirp from early to late. ... Bavarian cuisine in the "Burgschänke" at the foot of the Schlossberg, walks or bike rides on the last free-flowing section of the Danube in Germany, hikes or winter sports in the Bavarian Forest. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

The small apartment has a cozy living room with corner bench, mini kitchen and couch. In the bedroom you can sleep comfortably on new mattresses. In another room is a bunk bed with space for two small guests. And from your large southwest terrace you can look out over the Zellertal mountain panorama – the long evening sun in summer is a dream!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a listed Rottaler farmhouse, - an organic farm with goats, cats, sheep etc. has about 50 square meters and access to the balcony. Beautiful garden with pond in front of the door. Absolutely quiet location. Parking is available.
