O 1º andar acomoda até 4 pessoas. São 2 suítes, sala, cozinha e varanda. A área de lazer, que inclui piscina, churrasqueira, forno de pizza, lavabo externo, jardim e garagem, é compartilhada com os moradores da casa (meu pai e meu irmão) e demais hóspedes do térreo. E também contamos com dois anfitriões muito queridos: Stella (Labrador dorminhoca) e Sansão (Pinscher cheio de personalidade). O ambiente é familiar e acolhedor, perfeito para curtir bons momentos em família.
