Our Quaint Cottage is located in an Historic Area about a 20 minute walk to downtown Nassau - Most of the main attractions are within walking distance of our Cottage. Including Bay Street, Cathedrals, & Parliament Square. This traditional Bahamian Residence is located in one of the original Subdivisions in Nassau, the main house was built in 1938. A true Bahamian Experience, walk to Bakeries, Historic Sites, the Marina, Harbour Bay and Paradise Island. Please contact us For Airport Pick Up.

Perfect for a stay cation or if you're visiting from another country. Driving to local attractions and amenities is less than 15 mins (downtown, Paradise Island, fish fry, etc.). We are a less than 10 min walk to Montague beach. We provide a digital welcome book with helpful tips for restaurants and things to do in the area.

There is a $25 per person charge (payable immediately) for more than 4 people. One bedroom guest house with queen size bed and queen size pull out sofa sleeps up to 4 people. Infinity pool overlooking the ocean is a shared space as it is attached to the main house in which the host lives. Fully equipped kitchen. Property has washing facilities and a generator.

It consists of Two (2) spacious comfortable bedrooms with Two (2) ensuite bathrooms. It has an open flow dining and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary essentials with washer and dryer.

Place for 2/3 to Unwind! nr Atlantis&Ferry, Beach

You will enjoy a private 1 b/1b cottage in a quiet, secluded and safe community. A short drive will get you to the famous Cabbage Beach and Atlantis Resort and Casino. Montague sea Park&Beach is a short 7 min walk and spot for festive sky juice and local food. Also 10 mins drive away are Ferry Terminals and number of Marinas. Nearby supermarket is less than 5 min walk away.
