Small and cozy basement apartment with walking distance to the city centre. Quiet neighborhood. Underfloor heating in kitchen, living room and bathroom. New kitchen with all the equipment needed to both prepare and enjoy good meals. Note - both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room are 120 cm wide, and although two people can sleep together on these, the tenant must consider whether there is enough sleeping space if there are more people in the travel party. As we do not charge a cleaning fee, we kindly ask our guests to follow the check-out instructions carefully.

There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with 2 beds – which makes the home well suited for both families and groups. The bathroom has a shower. The building has an intercom and a locked front door, which provides extra security.

The apartment is nicely located and is a good starting point for great trips in the nearby area. It is 10 min by car to the nearest store/gas station, 30 min to Harstad and 45 min to Evenes airport. Storage and one of the bedrooms are marked private and are used for the storage of personal belongings. Otherwise, the entire apartment, porch and outdoor area are available.
