Being away for work is made easy with a working space, ethernet & Wifi. Parking onsite is safe & easy with plenty of parking available right outside your door while being close to the CBD.

Beds and Bathroom - Breakfast is not provided, (no kitchen, no TV) you can use what is in the fridge, chocolate, tea, coffee, milk, soy milk etc. First room has double bed, air conditioner/heat pump, 2nd room has a single bed, small fridge & bathroom, there is a jug, plates etc. The property is 5 minutes’ drive from Woolworths, restaurants & pubs. We are interested to meet and talk with you or we are happy to leave you to enjoy the space. The horses and cows are within reach from the window.

Kumbogie Cabin

Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. The cabin itself is perfect for any couple looking to have a romantic getaway. Thereis a no children policy.

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. The beautiful Gwydir River is a block away where you can swim, kayak and watch the world go by. Local horse-riding tours are a few minutes walk away, and you’ll often hear the sound of horse hooves walking up the street. The main street, iconic Roxy Theatre, pubs, and shops are a block away.
