Holiday rentals with a patio in Narrabeen Lagoon

Great host who communicated well and was very friendly. Place was spotless and as described - added bonus was that the kitchen was stocked w all utensils (basic seasoning) with aesthetic plates / cups

Just had a fantastic week stay at Tom's place for work. Communication from the initial enquiry to check out was outstanding and the apartment was clean, neat and tidy with everything you could want/need in a home away from home. The bed was fresh and very comfortable, all the appliances were in good working order and the location was great. It was a very easy and flat walking distance to shops, buzzy restaurants, beaches and parks so the onsite parking was very welcome. I highly recommend Tom's place for 1-2 people seeking a short break/long break/getaway/work stay.

We had a great stay at Noel's place. The apartment was in a great location and the apartment had all the essentials that we needed. Noel was also super responsive and a great host.

Our stay was awesome! The house is super cute and comfortable, and the neighborhood is beautiful. It was missing a few basic items like a blender, a baking tray, and a better set of pans — but we believe the host is aware of that and will probably improve it soon. The beds were very comfortable, and she kindly left us treats and chocolates, which made us feel very welcome. There were plenty of towels available, which was super helpful. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!

A beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location, with the beach just steps away. Paul was excellent with communication—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a lovely living area and extremely comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. We initially expected a beach view from the balcony, which wasn’t the case, so just a heads-up for future guests. That said, the proximity to the beach more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'd happily return!"

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Graig’s accommodation for a wedding in Pasadena. From the start, Graig was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure all my requests were promptly fulfilled. The location was perfect—just a short and convenient distance to the wedding venue in Pasadena, which made everything stress-free and easy to get to. After checking-out, Graig let me know I’ve accidentally left behind some devices and clothes. Graig went above and beyond by quickly arranging to have everything mailed back to me. On top of everything, Graig is a fantastic host who really knows how to make guests feel at home. He also provided some great local recommendations that made my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend Graig’s place for a comfortable, hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

House was stunning, and huge. The tranquillity, peace and quiet was amazing. Sitting on the deck with a coffee and listening to the birds....bliss!! Tasman was super responsive and helpful, wonderful host. Highly recommend booking this beautiful property. The nespresso pods, biscoff cookies and chocolate were a huge hit for us.

Well designed space with thoughtful details. Tranquil outlook to a manicured private garden, making this home feel far larger than it is. Full kitchen with great amenities, ideal for cooking meals at "home". Quiet and offers a real sense of privacy even though it is on the owner's property. Well located; 2 mins drive to Mona Vale shops, supermarkets and cafes. Gorgeous walking trails nearby. We'd love to return next time we visit the Northern beaches.

Beautiful spacious house-with everything you need for comfort and relaxation. The gardens and hillside setting are just magnificent. Loved the birds and all the outdoor spaces.

A Slice of Hawkesbury Paradise... The home is secluded and private, way off the beaten track with all the creature comforts and more. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed and comfortable with an en suite bathroom. The living area is perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Patrick and Liam were very helpful with a late check-in and they were available throughout our stay. We hosted a birthday party on Sunday, catered beautifully by Liam, who is a talented chef. All our guests had a wonderful time and want to come and stay again. Thank you George.

We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

Thomas’s place was central to Sydney city, but enough in the suburbs that it was quiet and peaceful outside. The bnb is the back of a Mosman property, small but has everything you need. The family has two small children so can be a little noisy of an evening but it really isn’t anything to be worried about, nights are quiet . The bed and couches were comfy and breakfast was provided for you. No extra sink/ washing up liquid to wash kitchen things, which was a little odd. But the bathroom one would be suffice if you were staying more than one night. The bedroom has a heater/ac and is spacious enough for two adults. Overall, the place is exactly what I was looking for, for one night.

Danielle’s place as amazing - so spacious and had such a nice outdoor area. We enjoyed spending time with family here and also loved the location! The house was clean and comfortable! Danielle was a fantastic communicator - would definitely recommend this place for other groups!!!

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

Sophie’s place is exactly as described in the listing. We spent 5 nights with kids and our elderly parents and it served right for everyone. Location is great with restaurants, coffee shops, aldi closeby. Could see harbour bridge from the living room, what a view in the night while vivid festival lightened the bridge.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Will be recommending this place to any visitors in the future as it ticked all the boxes, and more. Thank you Dianne!

Great location. Very clean and tidy with very suitable furishing. Walk into central Manly is about 5 mins. Communication was very good. Only aspect was I was unable to close curtains in bedroom due to getting caught in the tracks. Owner offered to come and fix during my stay. Overall highly recommended and i would stay there again.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Easy to follow instructions and the cleaners were very friendly and accomodating when we arrived early and asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment. Very well stocked - all the basic kitchen neccessities were supplied that are such a pain to have to buy every time you stay somewhere. Cecilia was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. Apartment was spotless (including bathrooms). 50m walk to supermarket and within walking distance to all Olympic Park venues. Highly recommend.
