Fantastic place to stay in Baku! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Beautiful apartment, and great location. Elmir is so helpful, friendly and communicative. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Baku.

The apartment was amazing, beautiful and spacious, located 10 minutes walk from the old town and all the restaurants and cafes area! Also, the host Elay was amazing, supporting us during our stay, even organising for us cleaning during our stay. Thank you it was amazing experience in Baku!!!

Ruslan is a well mannered host , responsive , respectful and easy to communicate with. The property is recommended for couples or families. Super clean Appartment, It’s a very nice Neighbourhood , highly recommended when you are in Baku. had a great stay - exactly like the listing. really easy to get to from the airport shuttle, and walking distance to 28 may metro station or a longer walk to the old town. Elvina is a great host, always checking in and really good English. Thank you Elvina!

Квартира очень чистая и уютная. Особенно кровать очень удобная и постельное белье новое. Есть все необходимые вещи для проживания и гигиены. Natig был дружелюбный и заботливый. Помогал во всем. В здании есть бассейн и фитнес. Рядом рестораны и супермаркет 24 часа. Это очень удобно. Спасибо за прием! Настоятельно рекомендую всем!

Vuqar was so accommodating, he was always responsive. what left a big mark for me was. when he was willing to help and was so kind when he found out our flight was delayed because of the war. he made us feel safe by saying you can stay no worries. as i was traveling just with my son, i felt safe and know that even we are strangers he had a kind heart for his guest. Vuqar thank you, i will not forget your kindness.

I had a fantastic stay! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. Clean pool and peaceful environment was amazing. The caretaker is super humble Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Hello, I stayed in this house for a month. It is excellent in terms of access to shopping centers and stores. In terms of peace, it is a very quiet and peaceful place. The neighbors are very kind. The owner of the house was very organized and precise and responded on time. I definitely recommend this place for a stay. Try it once

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋
