After arriving in Tokyo, we can take the subway directly to the accommodation. The room environment is very good and comfortable. The scenery outside the window is also good. There are convenience stores and subway lines nearby. The landlord is very friendly. It was an unforgettable trip.

great place to stay, especially if you want to be away from the hustle of the city - yet want to be able to get to it easily - as there is train 35mins from shibuya and other areas Host was very helpful, I panicked because I was not able to navigate the lock but they helped me get very quickly Place was neat and I love the tatami and futon is so comfortable- while food choices of restaurants may be limited - convenience stores are walking distance I would have loved to stay here for longer, especially to unwind and explore areas this area and further away from the crowded cities

Yutaka is an amazing host! His apartment was super relaxing and conveniently located to an awesome mall and walking distance from the station. I’m ready to return. See you in the future Yutaka!

I just had a brief stay at Shiho's Condominium for the week while I visited Star Wars Celebration. The place was easy to find, and near a few conbini which was very helpful. Even though my plane arrived very late in the evening, Shiho and staff were accommodating and I was able to check in without hassle. The Staff even provided a shuttle to and from the venue which was excellent. The recommendations on local restaurants was excellent as well and I was able to have a couple of grate local meals. There were fresh towels in the unit for washing and plenty of space to relax after a long day at the venue, or a long day of walking around Akihabara. Thought it isn't near the train, it is in walking distance of the bus which then leads to the train for travel. There also was a nice park nearby for visiting.

I really enjoyed staying here and had amazing service by Yumiko for all our questions and was very helpful with the friend I stayed with. One of my favorite parts of was the authentic feeling of the room and how spacious it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. feels like home. train station is near. parking lot was bit far but its ok. 5 min walk is not a big issue. Super market is near by. I enjoyed staying here. Thank you

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Eri's accommodation felt like a home away from home. Eri was quick to respond and approved of us checking in early and later dropped by to greet us. Overall it was a wonderful stay, Eri provided us with all the tools and recommendations for things we wanted to buy in Tokyo. Everything in the accommodation was marked with stickers in english which made it clear to understand. I would most certainly miss that kind of experience while using Airbnb in the future.

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

This place located near Hon Chiba Station and the best way to get here is easier through this station rather than Chibadera Station. Hon Chiba Station route has flat roads, while Chibadera Station route is full with ups and downs. The facilities are so clean and has everything we need. It's neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, the road in front of apartment is wide but taxi oftenly mistaken and always arrived in the other side of the road. 7-elevens, and vending machines are easy to find near the house. We would love to come back here next time.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! My wife and I have been trying to get a chance to visit Japan for the last ten years, and when we finally got the ability to, Asama helped us start off the trip wonderfully. Her house was comfortable and easy to find, and was very homey stay in. She offered home cooked meals for breakfast, which were absolutely fantastic. We got to sit and chat with her many times and shared stories about where we were from and our travels. She recommended many places for us to go locally, which was very helpful. Overall, Asama was a wonderful hostess and was absolutely one of the best parts of our trip so far. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone visiting the area to stay. 10/10.

Loved our stay! The apartment itself felt bigger compared to other apartments we have stayed during our time in Japan, and I really appreciated the preservation in Japanese culture within the apartment itself (with things like decoration, furniture, etc.). Very comfortable futons, a nice bathroom setup, and the kitchen was spacious. Never have felt more welcome!! Thank you to Mizuki for letting us have such a wonderful stay <3

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Comfy room conveniently located next to convenient stores and the station! Felt like home staying here. Hosts were also very responsive. Highly recommend!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!
