Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You can freely use the comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery, and the forest where the stream flows.In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see small birds, squirrels, and raccoons, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We also paid close attention to the interior design and kitchen utensils to make sure you can enjoy 'living'. At the gazebo by the stream, you can enjoy a BBQ or campfire without worrying about the weather. It is ideal as a base for hiking, fishing, paddleboarding and golf in the green season, and as a base for winter sports in the snow season. It is also an ideal base for skiing, backcountry activities, hiking and forest walks, and is recommended for couples and partners seeking a stay in harmony with nature. Located in the heart of Hakuba Village, we invite you to enjoy a special moment just for you amidst the tranquillity of the Northern Alps. You can spend the summer season from July to September as a holiday resort. During the day, a cool breeze of around 20°C blows in, so it might be a good idea to have something to wear over your top in the morning and evening.

Niigata Joetsu

Hello!Naoe Tsutamarisō is an apartment-style accommodation offering private rentals of 1 to 2 rooms. As the entire second floor is reserved for you, you can enjoy a private space. Naoetsu Station is a 5-minute walk and has good access to public transportation! There is a shopping street in front of Naoetsu Station nearby, and there are many restaurants. It is a 5-minute drive to Naoetsu Beach, a 3-minute drive to Joetsu City Aquarium Museum, and a 3-minute drive, making it an easy location for sightseeing as well as sea activities, so you can fully enjoy the city of Naoetsu! There are also plenty of supermarkets, commercial facilities, and convenience stores within a 10-minute walk, so you don't have to worry about shopping. Access to the bypass and main roads is also good, making it a good location for business trips and work. There is free parking available behind the accommodation. (Large vehicles cannot be parked here.)

🍃 ‘Nüek’ is a small traditional kominka house located in the Kurohime Kogen highlands in Nagano, which has been restored as an entire accommodation. The renovation was attended by Studio Sayapu led by Mr. Kitazawa, an artist based in Nagano.Focusing on Mr. Kitazawa's sensibilities, the company's craftsmen brought out the power of the old private house and finished it into a space that quietly accommodates sophistication while making use of the taste. It is cool in summer and in winter you can enjoy skiing and snow scenes.While surrounded by nature, time passes as you gently prepare yourself. Instead of being a place to stay at the end of a trip, the accommodation itself becomes the destination of the trip. Enjoy a special time that can only be had at a small, secluded inn 🏠🍃 ⸻

Enjoy the view of Lake Nojiri, with a private sauna, Anoie (あの家)

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
