Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nanzih District

第二次居住（這次住有浴缸的房型） 自己是很臨時過年在找地方落腳 這邊位置不錯加上前一個住客臨時退房所以可以居住到 和其他住客評論過的差不多 管線及窗戶外會傳來臭味（餐廳後勤那種食物油煙累積的味道） 105號房確實有聞到。（後來和房東溝通有立刻提供空氣清新機給使用、謝謝） （但我還是自己有買除臭噴霧 一回房時加強噴一下） 半夜的時段10：00-4：00時不時會聽到有小動物在天花板及鎖起來的櫃子後方跑動的聲音。 有時會被吵醒。 （以前住104沒有太大聲響，105有這樣的狀況。） 這次居住近十幾天，可能由於過年關係所以都沒有遇到大姐進房打掃 住了十幾天沒有換床單及枕頭套、補毛巾的房間。 這間bnb經營很久了入退房方便一直很感謝有這樣的空間。 公共空間很乾淨，但房間有些角落會有老舊的痕跡、尤其是浴室濕氣多的木頭處。介不介意因人而異。 整體上位置非常的不錯、反應問題都很快獲得回應。 以後想住其他房型。（個人經驗僅供參考）

晚上十一點過後才入住，接待的員工很有禮。房間如照片，蠻寬敞的。整體乾淨也安靜，性價比高。房源在商辦大樓內，有公司也有其他改裝日租套房，出入稍感雜亂，獨旅客要注意一下

The place felt like home. The apartment is very spacious and organized, has all the basic amenities needed to prepare simple meals. We were two people and stayed almost 1 week as we had to work remotely. The wi-fi was very reliable, a bit over 100mbps speed which was great for us. The location is very good, a beautiful temple just beside it. There is a 7-eleven nearby where you can get some stuff specially late night. It was very easy and fast to find the flat and check-in. The shower was great, and toiletries were kindly provided. Very comfy place!

A wonderful place downtown, close to anything you need to get to. 7-Eleven is right across the street which made it easy for a quick trip during the typhoon. The place was incredibly clean and ready for anyone needing a personal place that feels like your own apartment. Ray even checked to make sure I was okay and reminded me beforehand to get supplies when needed and where I could easily get things, as well as helping get to public transport easily. It was an amazing stay and I should've booked for longer.

房源在居民区，没事很多。楼下就有便利店，很方便。房间很美很舒服～

I've stayed at Jennifer's place in March/April with my mother, husband and 3 month old baby. The place was incredible and super clean and had a lot of facilities which made me feel I was at home. Jennifer also arranged for a baby crib which was very helpful. Location is great, easy 5-10min walk to the nearest MRT and shopping area. Even a 30sec walk to Showba (small/quick for getting laundry detergent and such). We had rented a car and we have a scooter. And it was easy to park in the garage downstairs. We've felt safe throughout the stay. I loved that Jennifer came and introduced the apartment and building towards us with all amenities as well as recommendations for nearby places. Unfortunately no swimming pool access in March/April :P Nonetheless, I will never forget this place away from home and I recommend staying at her place! Great communication and definitely worth booking again whenever I go back to see my family there :)

Yu was a poise and gracious host. Her home was warm and fostered a nurturing environment for my creativity. The space she offered was true to its image: clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location provided easy access to many local spots. Highly recommend to first time users on this app. 👍🏼

I intensely recommend everyone to visit here,cuz the hostess is fairly kind and hospitable.The hostess can render some smashing scenic spots for you and will respond you instantly if you encounter certain problems.This is really thoughtful for me!!Besides,the rooms here are pretty clean and suitable to stay.l felt cozy and relaxed in the room in the transient three days.Undoubtedly,I will visit here again. What a great place to stay and refreshing change from hotels. Nikita was responsive and accommodating so the whole experience was lovely

簡單但很不錯

雖然是6人同住的青旅房間，每一床的空間比想像得大，隔音也還算ok，不太會被其他床的房客吵到；房間內的浴廁很乾淨，基本備品都有附，整體很推薦。

It was very close to the bus station, MRT, and the train. VERY convenient. Also there are two night markets very close by. The place was very clean and nice for two people.

The location of house is very good! you can go to most shop by walk, 3 min to night market, 4 mins to the convenience store, 5 mins to the supermarket. Houselord also prepared many useful facilities in the house such as washing machine, laundry and fans, there also has 2 bathroom, both are able for shower, so you don’t need to wait too long for it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend.

5인 이상이 쓰기에는 조금 작은 듯 하지만 도란도란 이야기 나눌 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘 나오고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요. 단점이 있다면 화장실 환기가 잘 안되어서 환풍기를 계속 이용하려면 불을 켜두어야 하고, 숙소가 5층인데 엘레베이터가 없어요. 그치만 친구들과 프라이빗하게 즐길 수 있어서 좋았어요! 좋은 숙소에서 머물 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다 :)

這次的住宿體驗就像回到家一樣溫馨，房間布置得舒適又貼心，讓人一進門就能完全放鬆。周圍環境寧靜，不會被外界打擾，但同時離市區又很近，無論是想好好休息，還是外出探索，都非常方便。這裡的氛圍讓人感到安心自在，是一個會讓人想再回來的地方。

Calvin’s room was cozy and neat. Great wall decor and comfy couch to make a great viewing experience. A calm and quiet area with convenient attractions and local delicacies. Had a great stay!
