Condo holiday rentals in Nantun District

Location is good, easily assessible from Tai Chung railway station, and to other popular attractions.Good location, very good communication with the host, and the house owner who had limited English but was very successful in telling us the house rules using gestures and sounds!! Lovely little place! Room is nice and pleasant, as advertised. Will definitely recommend.

房間很乾淨，床也蠻好睡的，有暖氣很溫暖。

Everything was great! The pictures and description matched the post and the host was extremely helpful in having nearby recommendations listed. I only had one issue which I will say I have most to blame but it’s still worth mentioning as I’m sure I wasn’t the only one. The address listed on the page doesn’t match so I sent the Uber driver to the wrong location and luckily they waited so I wasn’t stranded having to get another Uber. They sent the actual address/location with access directions in a separate message which was I understand was my fault for not fully reading the directions, however it would’ve been easier if the address listed at least matched the location of the Airbnb. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful, once I found the right place to go!

We are very happy with our stay. The location is great and Kumao is very responsive and easy to communicate. This is like a service apartment with everything you need for a short stay.

已經是第三次租住Kumao的房子了，這房子的設計還是一如既往的貼心又實用，各種細節都顧到，乾淨又舒服，而且景觀開揚，夜景好美，坐在沙發還能欣賞到日落～ 房子周邊什麼都有，公車站就在樓下，而且這裡的公車班次比較密，去哪裡都很方便～ Kumao真的很親切好客，回覆也很快，真的太感謝了～ 就是過年，價格有點小貴，但這很正常，而且住得舒服最重要，下次來台中玩還是會選擇Kumao的房子～ 溫馨提示一下，如果是在退房時間離開，要預留多點時間，或是錯開那段時間，因為電梯要等好幾趟才擠得進去哦～

整體環境非常好，浴室乾濕分離，床鋪乾淨，有Netflix 可以看，下次再來台中還會想要再住一次！ 唯一可惜的是吹風機吹不乾頭髮，用一下就過熱，建議更換

이 방은 침대가 두 개에다 야경이 보여 너무 좋았어요. 소고 백화점 앞이라 더 좋았던 것 같아요!

空間雖然不大，但東西蠻齊全，去逢甲夜市也很近，房東能提供最佳路線，有配合付費停車場，大門口與電梯有磁扣管制，但大門口有比較陡的樓梯，嬰兒推車需要有人協助扛才能入內，寵物友善空間，但如果帶寵物的住宿者應該保護好自己的寵物不要亂叫影響其他住宿者就會更好了，整體住宿蠻不錯的

旁邊就有五金百貨，也有生鮮部門 漏帶東西 也可以快速補上 距離精誠夜市很近，轉個彎就到了！ 地方雖然小，但是很乾淨，房東很會收👍👍 最感到喜歡的地方是 這次有帶寵物出門 剛好房東家也有小型犬，玩在一起可愛極了❤️❤️

臺中站D月台から宿に向かうこと、この宿を求める方に私は書き残しておく。 人が旅に求めるものは何か？ 私はそれを理解しないまま旅をしているかもしれない。 私は臺中に行くと決めたとき、少し不安があった。不慣れな街、交通網の不便さ等だ。 Nigelさん、Josieさんはとても信頼できた。 私が彼らの宿を決めてから、丁寧で細やかな連絡をくださった。それらは私が想定していた臺中の不便さや不安、ネガティブな要因を払拭してくれた。 世界を旅しているが、私には好きな風景がある。 Nigelさん、Josieさんのマンションのゲートをくぐると、その風景のひとつがあった。 patioは慎ましやかで臺中の愛おしい彩り、緑で輝いていた。 （私は駅前で路に80分迷っていた、私はバス停を探すのがとても苦手だ） そのpatioでJosieさんは笑顔で私を迎え、部屋へ速やかに案内してくれた。私はとても安心した。 部屋はとても清潔で、ベッドも快適だった。テーブルも椅子もすてきだった。私は仕事に問題なく取り掛かることができた。 そこから私の幸せな臺中での滞在は始まった。彼女の多くの親切に感謝してて、全ては書ききれない。 実は自分に困難な出来事が幾つか起きた、それらはJosieさんや臺中の人々が助けてくれた。素晴らしい出会いと絆を得た。 御蔭で私は無事に日本に戻ることができた。 私は感謝の言葉しかない。 臺中に来るとき、それはNigelさん、Josieさんの家に戻る時だ。

老屋重新裝潢，整體乾淨明亮，房間與客廳空間十分足夠！很適合朋友家庭小聚會～床很好睡，附近步行早上就有市場、許多在地小吃、晚上也有超多美食選擇，很方便！停車路邊也好找，很喜歡～～推薦給大家( ´▽｀)

乾淨舒服，提供很多貼心物品

Nous etions en sejour pour trois semaines et avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de cuisiner avec vue sur le NTT, l'aménagement des espaces intérieurs et aussi de la cour intérieur. Le logement est situé dans un beau quartier avec toutes les commodités alentours. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs.

Conveniently located, near the museum, lots of restaurants within a minute walk, also SOGO is across the street with small super market in level B1. Bus stops within 500 meters so it’s very easy to navigate the other parts of the city. Host is very responsible and easy to communicate 🥰

The AirBnB is just as described in the listing. Comfortably fit the 6 of us. Relatively close to Feng Chia Night Market. Overall, a great stay!

A lovely and warm place for our trip, located in a quiet environment. The interior is well designed - new, spacious, cozy and comfortable. It is in a walking distance to the Shenji New Village 審計新村 and surrounded by great restuarants. Kuma is nice and responsive. He provided flexible arrange for our check-in as well as great ideas of nearby spots to visit. Highly recommended.

這地點距離要去西屯南屯等景點都非常方便，房子內的設備也很齊全，傢俱感覺也是房東精心為這房子客製的，整體住起來非常舒服，值得推薦。
