Together there is space for 12 people, but only one room can also be rented. The farm runs the company's business and often has companies on its premises that are in greenhouses and barn with capacity from 20-150. Yttervik has a private outdoor paintball park, if any need to create some action in the group. The farm is located 90 meters and the view from the farm is calm, harmonious and beautiful, just as we are :-)

As a driver and host, me and his wife Rønnaug are the only residents on Nærøya, along with 130 wild sheep😊 We will pick you up by boat at Storvollen. We can offer both a tour of the medieval church, tour by ATV / boat. You can also get a close encounter with Whitney and our other great wild sheep😊 The Martin house that is rented is located at Martnassundet, about 1 km from the farm itself. There is a fantastic view of Folla and the entrance to Rørvik.

Here you will find the tranquility- a unique place all the way down by the fjord with a view of Folda and with its own sandy beach. No one is bothering you, just clean relaxation. We have proven selected and not have WiFi for just this, but there are good 4G conditions. Suitable for families with children, but also singles or couples. Nice fishing opportunities from land, wooden cabin and large tumble space in the garden and by the beach. Seat by the sea with charcoal grill and fire pit by the seating area in the garden.

The house has the field, with a light rail and many nice hiking destinations as the closest neighbor. 5 min drive to the city center and walking distance to the bus stop. Washer and dryer are available by additional fee, it must then be stated if it is desired in advance/when booking.

For example, can be suitable for two families with children who want to live together. 5 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with double bed on 1st floor. 1 bedroom with narrow (150cm) double bed, 1 bedroom with family bunk bed (120cm downstairs and 75cm upstairs), and two bedrooms with single beds upstairs on 2nd floor. (Note - narrow staircase up) Sprinkler bed and high chair can be provided on request. Two toilet and one shower (renovated 2019). Washing machine in basement.

Appartment in the center of Namsos

The apartment is located in a quiet street, right in the center of Namsos. Suitable for up to 4 people. Living room with open plan kitchen, one bedroom, hallway, bathroom and a small balcony. Hemnes shower in the bedroom and similar in the living room. Bright curtains for the large windows in the living room. Street parking is free but limited to 2 hours between 8 am and 4 pm. Parking space right next door is free on the weekend. Use EasyPark.

This special place is close to everything, 1 minute from the hospital, 5 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the North University. The apartment is on 3rd floor (without elevator) and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom, big living room with dining nook and a small library. If desired, a sofa/ travel cot can be made up in the living room so that there are a total of four accommodations.
