The Homestead ~ Luxury Art Retreat set in nature

CherylRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My family and I just spent a blissful, relaxing, rejuvenating 4 days at Wen and Paul's Homestead. Everything was perfect, from the easy to follow directions, to the gorgeous home, and perfect surrounds. The more adventurous of us enjoyed swimming in the crystal clear creek water on the property. While for the rest of us the open air Spa was heavenly. There was even wi-fi to keep the teenagers happy.

Cielo - Scotts Head

Absolutely stunning house and location. Denielle went above and beyond to help clear some issues with air bnb and resolved the issue herself. We will definitely be returning to this house, close to the beach and when you step out onto the back verandah it feels like you are completely immersed in nature. The neighbours were really friendly too. My only negative is that we didn’t stay longer. Could not recommend this property and host enough, 5 stars isn’t enough!

Bemurrah Homestead

Carolyn's place was so picturesque, private and peaceful. It is very remote but was well equipped to enable you to self cater. We shopped for everything at Kempsey and so had all provisions for the week. As it was Christmas week there was nothing really open and Kempsey is an hour away so bear this in mind. We swam in the river and saw turtles, star gazed by the camp fire, played sports in the garden and just enjoyed the views while having breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Armidale road was closed for repairs so we couldn't access many of the national parks and their trails but we found a few things to do locally. This was a real getaway in nature and the entire group loved it. Carolyn's place is well set up with ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and standing fans in the others so on those hot nights it helped greatly. Each day there was typically a cooling breeze which made it quite comfortable and no mozzies which was a blessing. We had a memorable Christmas break. Thank you Carolyn.

Thank you, we had a great time in Scott’s Head. We could walk everywhere and the house had everything we needed and it had a lot of space to accommodate our guests. We were very comfortable!

Buddha's Rest

Quiet and relaxing stay in Scotts Head. The property backs onto bushland, making it super peaceful and ideal for some R&R. Comfy bed, a great laid-back vibe, and the bath was a highlight. Camilla was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to chill out for the weekend.
