Villa holiday rentals in Nam Phrae

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

An absolute steal deal and a wonderful place along with an amazing host. We were travelling with an infant and the house was spacious enough to accomodate all 7 of us, including the baby. The quaint chirping of birds to wake up to, spick and span house when we entered and everything was exactly as described. No hidden surprises that could cause a holiday to go bad. The host was proactive with clear instructions and was always available and responsive when we needed anything answered. The location is just perfect, nestled between temples, night markets a plenty and good gentry around due to Marriot, Movenpick, Intercontinental just a stones throw away. I really wish this place had a pool and it would be like a 5 star listing for sure. Looking to revisit soon. Just loved the hospitality and the overall experience. Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

It is fantastic to have free pick-up and drop off from the airport to villa. Also, we felt relax to enjoy an onsite chef made breakfast which were different every day. Pan allowed us to have western style, Pad Thai and meat ball soup noodles during our stay. The fruit and yogurt were great too! We had a good holidays in the villa.

Nous avons passé un très chouette moment dans ce quartier de Chiang Mai ! accessible facilement en Grab, dans le centre mais pas trop et avec une chouette vie de rue. Un chouette endroit en plus pas loin pour des petits déjeuner succulents. le logement etait bien organisés propres, et a l'arrivée, de l'eau et des petits snacks nous étaient offerts! Vraiment, je conseille !

房东全家都太友好了，我们得到了很多贴心照顾。 房间有很多巧思，很有艺术气息和生活气息。非常干净整洁，所有物资也都准备充分。 租车住这里是不错的，附近也有很多可玩的地方。

非常适合一家子旅游，每个房间都有单独的卫生间，这点非常完美，爸妈和小孩此次行程都很愉快，傍晚在泳池边看着晚霞，在后院喝一壶茶，感觉真的太好了，避开了传统旅游熙熙攘攘的街道，这真的是一个独特和完美的假期，放松身心。而且关键是这样的villa在普通酒店，我们一大家子5个人的这种估计一晚上要6000RMB了。 这里才三分之一的价格。真心转到了，周边的网红餐厅chom也是很推荐， 和仙境一样， 还有那个稻田餐厅米其林，也很近。孩子喜欢的夜间动物园也在附近， 特别棒。机场接机的司机也很nice还给我们足够的时间在7-11 买牛奶面包啥的补给

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips that made our stay even better. We especially loved the pool. It truly felt like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back if we’re ever in the Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

숙소가 정말 멋졌어요! 가족여행으로 방문했는데 사진보다 예쁘고 깨끗해서 도착하자마자 감탄했답니다 :) 호스트분도 응대가 정말 빠르고 불편한 점이 생기면 바로바로 해결해 주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 방은 2층에 3개, 1층 별채에 2개가 있었는데, 2층 방 한 곳을 제외하고는 외부를 통해 이동해야 해서 처음엔 조금 당황했지만 금방 익숙해졌어요. 숙소 위치는 현지 주택가 골목 안쪽에 있었는데, 위험하다고 느껴진 적은 없었고 조용하고 한적한 분위기였어요. 옆집 아기 우는 소리와 닭 소리가 잘 들리긴 했지만 방해될 정도는 아니었어요. 올드타운까지는 도보로 10~15분 정도 걸렸는데, 저희는 대부분 그랩을 이용해서 이동했어요. 주방 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 마트에서 장을 봐 와서 직접 요리해 먹기 좋았고, 수영장은 성인 목 정도 깊이로 넓어서 다들 함께 즐기기에 좋았어요. 한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 세탁기가 수동이란 점이에요. 물 틀고 잠그고 헹굼/탈수 등 과정마다 직접 조절해야 해요. 물론 호스트가 상세하게 안내해줬지만 3박 머무르며 수건 빨아 써야 하는 상황에 수동 세탁기는 아쉬웠어요. 그럼에도 가족 모두 만족하고 좋은 추억 만들고 왔어요. 주변에도 추천하고 싶어요!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

非常完美的的住所！如果你們有好幾個房間需求，與其找五星級飯店，我更推薦這個泳池城堡民宿。房間跟公共空間都寬敞整潔，適合全家出遊或者好友團體出遊！

Hatten sehr viel Spaß in dieser Unterkunft. Der Pool ist riesig und hat die perfekte Temperatur.

Nous avons adoré notre nuit dans ce logement. Très paisible, personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Ils nous ont aidé à louer un van. Nous aurions aimé rester encore!

非常感谢jay，这几天像家人一般的陪伴，对我的所有问题都响应迅速，并妥善处理，包括帮我去取快递哈哈。再说说这栋房子，我们一行人都非常满意，大草坪可以让孩子肆意奔跑，清澈的泳池工作人员每日都在打理，让我非常放心让孩子们玩耍，还有厨房和客厅所有的零食、饮品、红酒都是免费品尝的，真的太震撼了！洗衣机、微波炉、灶台、厨具、餐具（包括筷子），应有尽有。细节满满到让人感动。孩子们淘气玩坏了窗帘，工作人员修理好后也没有为难我们。我们还会再回来玩的，非常期待和jay的下次相见。❤️

Ein wunderschönes luftiges Haus mit Pool sowie großen Garten. Wir durften hier einen Monat wohnen und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Peter und Jao waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr privat und ruhig. Zwischen 21 und 24 Uhr ist Live Musik zu hören, je nach Windrichtung mal mehr mal weniger. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und viele schöne Plätze wie Hang Dong Markt oder Kad Farrang sind in 10 oder 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus hat keine Waschmaschine, d.h. Waschen und Essen/Einkaufen gehen kann man gut kombinieren. Wir haben, bis auf einige Stunden am Tag im "Arbeitszimmer", keine AC benötigt, da es in Chiang Mai angenehm warm ist und das Haus über Deckenventilatoren verfügt und mit offenen Fenstern schön klimatisiert. Es war wirklich toll für uns 🙂

Welcoming and peaceful vibe: our perfect stay in Chiangmai. Quiet and peaceful vibe but a short walk to supermarket and many good restaurants nearby.The room was perfect size with a very comfy bed , very clean , good taste decoration and well equipped bathroom.The bonus is a pool and nice tropical garden, very relax .This place felt like HOME. It made our stay in Chiangmai feel even more special and momorable, Highly recomment this stay.❤️❤️❤️

Pop und Ian sind sehr besondere und beindruckende Gastgeber. Ihnen gelingt das Kunststück, sowohl hoch professionell als auch warmherzig und familiär zu sein. Garten und Pool sind einfach paradisisch - man merkt an jedem Detail, dass es sich hier um zwei Menschen mit viel Stil und großem ästhetischem Anspruch handelt.

Our family of 7 had a fabulous stay in Craig’s home. Daisy Land is impeccably clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Two of the rooms have their own, separate entrance which worked for us. The pool area and game area were a huge bonus for our children and the housekeeper, Nung Dao, was so kind and helpful. Our driver, Kai, was great and very helpful. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.
