Kuro is Kiswahili for Waterbuck, and as you drive through the property you will hopefully see lots of Waterbuck, in an area that is being re-wilded. Kuro Cottage is a peaceful family cottage, that has been recently renovated. It sits in its own beautiful garden, on a working farm, with access to the rest of the property and the Lake. The cottage is very centrally situated, close to lots of activities. Kuro is suitable for family stays, birders watchers and people that like the outdoors.

Anorld was so helpful and provided the right check-in information. He also responded to questions fast which made our visit even much better. We checked out the places he recommended in Nakuru I.e like the park etc and they were beautiful and relaxing. His apartment is so beautiful and you are able to be close to the city and still enjoy some peace and quiet. We definitely plan to stay with Anorld next time we are in Kenya!

We had 4 lovely nights at Agnes' place and were very comfortable. The studio unit is in a corner of the estate with a view of Lake Naivasha through the front door and kitchen windows. The grounds have beautiful Acacias and well-tended gardens. The place is peaceful and has lots of birds. A Hippo came to graze at night. Check-in was straightforward and Debra was reachable and prompt to communicate and help us, including arranging a mechanic to jumpstart our car battery. The house is well-equipped for a short stay for a couple. Wifi is present but weak. Bfast at Agnes' resto was included and hearty. We rented bikes from outside Agnes' restaurant to bike in Hellsgate Park. It was a good trip but customer service from the bike rental was unsatisfactory. After paying upfront, including for drop and pickup of the bikes from the park, they refused to pick without more payment. So, it was very challenging and frustrating to bring the bikes back. Not Agnes' fault but clients be advised.

David and Wakonyo are great hosts. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. We received a warm welcome and our family loved it. The facility is beautiful, spacious, gives a good Kenyan feeling. The walk in the vast compound was amazing. Wakonyo took time to explain the beautiful history behind the facility. Thank you David and Wakonyo for making our trip memorable. I would recommend that you update the address to your facility as well for direction purposes

Exceeded expectations! This property is gorgeous. We celebrated a holiday weekend here with friends and enjoyed every minute. The home is spacious and we especially loved dinners on the large porch and evenings by the fire pit. It was truly a magical retreat!

Second stay at the Lake House. Congratulations for the renovations, beautiful and very harmonious. My friends and I definitely love the place that is so peaceful, facing the lake, with an incredible garden. We found everything very clean and the staff was helpful, especially the night watchmen who prepared for us the outside fireplace at night. And many thanks for the goodies. Hope to come again soon.
