Zgrada na adresi Trg Srpskih Dobrovoljaca 19 u samom centru Kikinde (šetališna zona) predstavlja važan istorijski spomenik grada. Izgrađena je u stilu secesije, koja je tada bila popularna arhitektonska struja. Zgrada se nalazi u centru grada i predstavlja jednu od starijih u tom delu mesta. Sa svojom fasadom, ova zgrada privlači pažnju posetilaca i stanovnika grada.

Stan je prostran i lepo pozicioniran. Kroz prozor spavace sobe imate pogled na zelenilo i drvece. Ujutru se cuju samo pticice. Miran kraj. Centar grada je na 5 min. voznje autom ili 15-20 min. hoda.
