The pool, BBQ and sauna were super comfortable, and I was happy to have a bicycle.

I used it at a sports tournament.Unfortunately, it was raining, but I enjoyed the humorous illustrations and rested slowly.The surroundings are surrounded by nature, and I would like to stay again on a sunny day.

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Chika was great, puts great effort into the air bnb and really wants you to enjoy your time here. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to others and would come back here any time!

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

It was very close to the sea and Hayama Park, making it the best location for playing in the sea.The interior was beautiful and bright, fully equipped and very comfortable.Thank you for your willingness to pick up your luggage in advance.We'd love to come back.

Very nice and cozy private house with greenery all around and a short walk to popular beaches. Loft bedroom and couch to comfortably sleep 3. Excellent value... There wasn't a dining table or stools for the counter so eating was a little difficult. Oh yeah, there is a arthouse movie theater as part of the property... :)

Our host was more than prompt in replying. Did always help in whatever we asked for and also left toothbrush for us while we were staying. Great gesture!! ;) The place had everything you could possibly need and all the facilities were there, even though all the flats in the city were small. The kitchen had a lot of utensils including a microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, etc. Definitely recommending it!! :)

Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

Besso was a great place to stay at. It was conveniently located and close to a train station for day trips, and with a lot food places around. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating , helping us get our luggage delivered. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, highly recommend staying here.

I used it for the first time. The place is very well organized and It was a very beautiful space. Large kitchens and fun I was able to cook. A terrace? A place like a BBQ, etc. I was very satisfied with what I was able to do. If you have a lot of access to the sauna, the temperature is It's down, but otherwise, there's no problem at all. I was able to make it right. The view is really good, so I lost track of time. I sat in a chair and fell in love with the view. It was good to stay. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance. We'd love to have you.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 2 days and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I booked, host was incredibly communicative and made sure I had all the information I needed. He even sent me a list of local recommendations that turned out to be perfect for my trip. The check-in process was smooth, and host greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived. He was so thoughtful, offering to help with anything I needed and even gave me some great tips on exploring the area. He volunteered to pick us from the train station when we arrived and also send us to the train station when we depart. The home itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend this place!

I spent time in a family of three (the elderly daughter of a senior couple and a design company), but in a different location and space, both physically and mentally and physically. It was rainy until the first day and the second day, but you can also use the optional BBQ grill and enjoy meat, vegetables, seafood, and fruit.The view of the coast of Ito was great.On Sunday morning, the breeze was pleasant, and I was able to experience "forest bathing" at this Oiso where I had a good view. 　The interior was concerned about design everywhere.Switches that don't need to see, doors, booklets, curtains, roll screens, light fixtures, etc.It was designed to make use of the functional aspects and cul-de-sac, which enhanced the comfort.I visited my wife and southern Europe last autumn, but I was able to catch a glimpse of good points such as toilets, baths, and water, and encountered some nostalgic occasions. I have no complaints about the supplies.Mosquito coils were helpful.The rain began, and the fireworks display was quietly achieved after BQQ. Of course, I felt like staying here again in a different season.In the winter, you can also use the wood stove and sauna. At the same time, I wanted to continue using various airbies.I want to thank you for giving me the right space and time for that place.　Thanks for your hospitality!

Hiroyuki is very proactive, responsive and accommodating. Everything was so easy from check in to check out with the clear instructions and guidance he's provided. The size of the property was perfect for our family. It was a good walking distance from the station, close to the supermarket and restaurants. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. It’s our second time staying at this beautiful house, and it truly feels like coming home. When we started planning this trip, we immediately agreed — we just had to return to Shonan to see Haruku, Takami, and of course, the adorable little Shiara! The moment we stepped inside, we were amazed — the house is so beautifully maintained, it feels even newer and cozier than last year. This time, we mixed things up with both a scenic train ride (just a 5-minute walk away) and self-driving — the convenient parking made everything so easy. The hosts have truly thought of everything to make us feel welcome — they even had beach toys prepared, which made our beach outings extra fun for the kids! What makes this place extra special is the friendship we’ve built with our wonderful hosts. It was such a joy to celebrate our combined birthdays together this time — moments we’ll always treasure. We’re already counting down the days until we can return and create more beautiful memories! ❤️❤️

Nick's place was perfect for our family stay in Yokohama. The area was quiet and extremely walkable, with only a 15 minute walk to central Yokohama. The host was helpful and always responsive. The house itself was clean, secure and well-appointed.

We loved our stay in Kamakura at this beautiful property. It felt like our own Japanese home. The living areas were spacious and very functional. We were really impressed by the modern and large (for Japanese standards) kitchen and the clean and functional bathroom spaces. It was really lovely sleeping upstairs as the room is surrounded with rice paper window coverings, and we had the glow of moonlight as we fell asleep and a sunlight glow in the morning. We could have easily stayed here for a number of weeks, and will definitely be back if we revisit Kamakura. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I visited again this time with a friend from my student days.I was worried about the rain at the time, but the weather was good during my stay, and this morning I was able to enjoy the usual wonderful ocean view. The facilities were still very clean and I had a pleasant time. The friend I visited with this time was visiting for the first time, but was impressed by the wonderful view from the room. This time, I would like to bring my family. The owner was also very kind and helpful, and I appreciate the hospitality. Next, I heard that I could go to the nearby Hamakanaya by train or bus, take the ropeway to the top of Mt. Nokogiri, and then descend using the mountain trail, visiting famous places such as Jigoku nozoki, the Great Buddha, and Nihonji Temple, before returning to the facility. I definitely wanted to try it. I would like to visit again in the near future. Thank you very much!
