Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Az apartman Kaposváron egy négyemeletes társasház 3. emeletén találhatò. A belvárostól kb. 500 méterre helyezkedik el, gyalogosan is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. Our casita is a blend of modern and rustic. The contemporary style fits rustic and gives this casita a special charm. Guests have access to the entire 100 m2 house and 2500 m2 garden. On the closed, heated terrace the jacuzzi is in use all year round. A coffee maker and a variety of teas are available in the kitchen. The bathroom is fully equipped: towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tooth hygiene set, small cosmetic set. In the loft comfortable bed.

It is located in the absolute center of Pécs, a 4-minute walk from Széchenyi Square. You can get what you need within a short walk. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
