Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Nagara River

Everything is good, but every time I move a little, there is a lot of creaking in the bed, so it's annoying..

It was an accommodation that met the value for money. It had everything in a small space, had all the toiletries, and the cleanliness was very good. It was nice to have a convenience store, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market within 5-15 minutes on foot.

Nice place with a great lokation. Good beds and a very friendly host who replied quickly. The wifi didn’t work very well. Close to the station and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Hana’s space was perfect for our family holiday in Osaka. It slept 5 of us comfortably and the space had a portable cot for our 1 year old which was handy! The location was perfect as it was 1-2min walk to the train station and just around the corner of Dotonbori street for eats and shopping! Highly recommend this place for a family visiting Osaka.

Great location, very easy access to city centre shopping dining. 納涼牀grade patio, great for breakfast and night drinks. Lots of cool air, no need for ac on summer. Host Ken quick response and service. Can help book restaurants.

Great place, really close to the major tourist area but private and quiet in the home. 7-Eleven in the building and the washing machine is a life savor

Continue booking next time ~ tips: Small mirror on the bed, the little friend always has to take it down, I put it in the storage room for safety.

Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, but I was able to enjoy it in a pleasant space even if I couldn't go out♪ Also, there are many shops in the neighborhood, and the location is good, so I was very satisfied overall. If you have another chance, thank you.

Incredible place to stay. We’re absolutely in love!!! Even more stunning than the photos. 苗苗 was very patient and explained everything throughly and responded quickly to our messages. Made us feel right at home! Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

They always responded politely and were very helpful during my stay. The facilities were beautiful and easy to use, and they took measures against insects in advance, so there was no particular trouble.The view was beautiful and overall very good.

Masahito and Monica are very responsive and helpful from the start, answered all my queries before I booked and have been communicating, giving me advice and suggestions all along , even after I checked out。 I felt I have been well looked after. Clean and tidy house in residential quiet area, yet walking distance to a few train stations. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the place. Thank you

YuyaMam met us and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. She was very friendly. We felt that we could ask for help if we needed it, but we had everything we needed, including some sweets & tea & coffee. The house is of a traditional style with a homely character, much nicer than the sterile feeling hotels. The beds upstairs are separated by screens & close together, so you'd need to all get on well if you're using all the beds! If you're using public transport a lot, this quiet location, which is close to the main station is ideal. Thank you Yuya & YuyaMam.

Shinichi’s place is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures. It was very large and fit our group of six with space to spare. It was really nice having three showers and it made get out door in the morning really quick. The main shower room was amazing with a large variety of complimentary toiletries and a large supply of clean towels. We loved having the elevator for our luggage as it made getting it up to the third floor easy. The we’re subway stops close by so getting around was quick and convenient. Shinichi’s place was spotless and we’d love to stay there again on another trip to Osaka.

Beautiful home next to Lake Biwa. Its a refreshing break from the city and the neighbors are all very nice. The house was very clean and spacious, the host was always responsive and helpful, even gave me a ride when I left back to the train station so I didn't have to walk with all my luggage. Only downside would be the steep stairs, so if you have balance issues maybe sleep in the room downstairs. Overall very nice place and my 2 weeks went by too quickly here. Will definitely rebook next time I'm in Kyoto/Osaka area.

I used it for 3 days on a business trip.They allowed me to spend comfortably.The check-in process was simple and easy to understand.The surroundings were very quiet, and although there was a railway line nearby, I was not bothered by the noise at all.Thanks to you, I had a good stay.Thank you very much.

One of the nicest hosts we had in all of Japan. Hisano was very kind and very helpful in our exploration of Kyoto. The accomodation was delightful and the location was excellent. Definitely would recommend this place!

Nice apartment with 2 shower and bath rooms which are useful for bigger group. Responsive and flexible host. Convenient location within 3 to 3 mins walk to 2 nearby metro stations and a few convenient stores within 2 mins walk.
