(After check-out, all used bedding is collected, washed, sterilised, dried, and replaced.) * We will provide the accommodation manual, information about the surrounding area, and other important details to those who have completed their booking. 한옥스테이 “화응(花應)”

화응(花應)은 전주의 한 가운데, 완산구 태평동에 위치하고 있습니다. 태평동은 과거 최초의 전주역과 연초제조창이 있던 교통과 상권의 중심이었으며 상인들의 마을인 주택가 골목에 그 당시 풍수와 지리를 활용하여 1969년 15평으로 건축되었습니다. 현재는 과거의 건축물들이 없어지고 아파트와 현대식 건물들이 세워지지만 화응(花應)은 그때 그 모습 그대로 사색을 위한 프라이빗 스테이로 디자인되었습니다. 흙은 사라지고 아스팔트와 콘크리트 건물들 사이에 살아있는 화응(花應)을 아스팔트에 피어있는 꽃으로 비유하여 도심 속의 꽃 "화응(花應)" 이란 이름이 만들어졌습니다. 화응을 관통하는 꽃을 형상화하기 위하여 과거 한국적 꽃 이미지를 형상화했던 자료들을 바탕으로 음과 양, 좌우 대칭되는 미 와 현대적 미를 놓치지 않으며 간결하고 명료하게 표현하였습니다. 도심 속의 꽃, 그 꽃으로 응답합니다.
