Entry is by key code for a stress free stay. Owners are usually a text or phone call away for assistance. The lake which attracts anglers year-round is a 2 minute walk from you. There you'll find two kayaks used for fishing or exploring . At night, you'll enjoy star gazing around the fire pit, as you're miles from town.

There is so much history here, pretty good restaurants or you can just hang out under those big oak’s enjoy the breeze. This is also the home of the Stephan F Austin State University. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.
