Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire, studio spacieux, propre et décoré avec goût. La résidence offre une magnifique piscine et se situe en bord de mer avec un accès privé.

入住方便，地理位置优越，就是离酒吧一条街还是有些近的，晚上有点吵，带耳塞就好

Jackie's place is great. The condo is new and stylish, plus the view! The room was nice, best for 2. But if you have more people like I did, it also fit. You will enjoy staying here. It is better if you have your own transportation. I'd recommend this place if you come to visit pattaya.

Overall, my experience at that unit was great. The Internet is not good, but overall my stay was pleasant. Housekeeping was great. The laundry service was great.

Obwohl ich deutlich verspätet ankam, hat mich Udo mit seiner Frau spät in der Nacht am Busbahnhof abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Er gab mir wertvolle Tipps und Ratschläge. Ich habe mich im Appartement Sehr angenehm gefühlt. Bei einem kleinen Fehler an dem Wasserkocher hat Udo diesen sofort ausgetauscht. Insgesamt war ich mehr als zufrieden und ich komme sicher wieder. Was für mich sicher auch sehr wichtig ist : mit Udo konnte ich mich in DEUTSCH unterhalten☺☺

房东应该是俄罗斯人，人很热情，入住环境也好，周围比较安静，员工人也很好，随时有问题帮忙解决，出门几分钟就是海滩，出门不远就可以坐双条车去芭提雅步行街或中天海滩，交通很方便。尤其出门走10分钟就可以到芭提雅到素那万普的大巴车站。住宿附近那家药店比其他地方都实惠，出门都有711和夜市，住宿值得推荐，性价比很高。

Живем в Атлантисе не первый раз. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям. Окна выходят на пальмы, с утра вас встречают песни птиц и белка, что прыгает по пальмам. Проживание было очень комфортным.

I stayed in unit C819. There was a peaceful view from my balcony, able to see the floating market. I would wake to the sound of chirping birds in the morning, which was very pleasant. The grounds and the pool are a very tranquil and peaceful setting. And my host was very responsive if I had any issues with internet or any other issues.

Enjoyed my stay, it is a very nice condo with a beautiful view and nice shower. The host was very pleasant. I was taken back a bit after checkout. Not only did I not receive my 3000 baht deposit, I had to pay an additional 1200 baht for “electric usage”. Not sure if airBNB differs country to country but I have never had to pay any additional fee for electricity. Nevertheless, overall it was a great experience. Just would like more clarity on additional fees prior to booking. 4200 baht is excessive.
