Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Na h-Eileanan an Iar

This is an absolutely spectacular place in a wonderful secluded area. We loved our stay as a family of five. Incredible views from the living room and deck. Living room looks right out of Dwell complete with comfortable club chairs and sofa, fireplace and wool blankets. The kitchen is modern and stocked with top quality appliances, plates, cutlery and utensils. It takes some time but we loved the wood-fired hot tub. Secluded location but easy drive to many local attractions and hikes. We would 100% stay again and highly recommend to friends. One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in.

We enjoyed a delightful long weekend at Croft 41. The house was perfect for our needs (two families with kids), the location absolutely stunning, and the wood-fired hot tub was also real highlight! Rachel is a very friendly and communicative host. Would definitely return in the future if we were looking to stay in this beautiful corner of Skye.

We just returned from an amazing 4-day holiday at Taigh Geal (‘The White House’) with friends, and we can’t wait to go back! The charm of this beautiful home made it feel like a true Highland escape. It was cosy, welcoming, and filled with thoughtful touches. Carole was a fantastic host, offering a generous starter pack and promptly supplying firewood when we needed it. The house was spotless and spacious, featuring four lovely bedrooms that provided comfort and privacy. We loved the little luxuries, like double duvets on the single beds and a crackling stove in the living room, which made for relaxing evenings after our daily adventures. The location was perfect, just outside Broadford—peaceful yet close to shops and restaurants. From coastal walks to ferry trips, everything felt within easy reach. Thank you, Carole, for sharing your beautiful home. We made lifelong memories here and highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a memorable stay on Skye!

Ein liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, in dem man sich sofort wohl und zuhause fühlt. Blitzsauber, grandiose Lage ganz im Süden von Harris, ganz in der Nähe der atemberaubend schönen Strände. Die mystische und uralte St. Clemens Church liegt quasi um die Ecke. Auch die Golden Road findet hier ihren Anfang. Bis Tarbert sind es mit dem Auto ca. 40 Minuten, (wenn man nicht die Golden Road fährt), bis zu den Steinkreisen von Callenish etwa 1,5 Stunden. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden selbst jederzeit wiederkehren. Liebe Rachel, lieber Richard, vielen Dank dass Ihr uns Euer Haus zur Verfügung gestellt habt.

Clean, spacious, warm and quiet home on a quiet residential road. The property overlooks a loch joining the sea and is great for calm and quiet. Mac was very responsive and we had no problems. We loved the space and it was a well equipped kitchen which is not always a given. WiFi was great if you need it and the heating etc was all straightforward and effective. Lovely having two bathrooms too. Near various historic sites. And also pretty beaches (20-30 mins drive), and a lovely play park if you have kids near Eoropie Beach.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die alle Herzen höher schlagen lässt. Ein traumhafter Ausblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Vor allem wenn es draußen regnet und stürmt und man den Kamin an macht, ist es sehr gemütlich. Der Bunker ist außerdem mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten leider nur kurze, aber dafür wunderschöne Tage auf der Isle of Harris. Vielen Dank!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Gordon’s home. The setting is beyond beautiful- even better than the pictures. One of our favorite things to do for this trip was just sit on the deck and look at the amazing view. The home exceeded all expectations as well. One of the best AB&B’s!

Cabina davvero stupenda con una vista spettacolare! Lauren poi è un host fantastica, ci ha accolto molto calorosamente e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli, nonchè lasciato le uova fresche della sua gallina (adorabile, ogni mattina passava fuori la cabina a darci il buongiorno :). La cabina era caldissima al nostro arrivo, molto gradito in questo freddo periodo di novembre! Il posto è magnifico, perfetto per chi cerca un piccolo angolo di paradiso, lontano dalle luci artificiali della città, e in cui avere modo di ammirare benissimo le stelle e la natura, immersi nel silenzio. Puoi avvistare tanti animali selvatici (noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna non solo di vedere tante specie di uccelli, ma anche una lontra pescare e poi venire a farsi una passeggiata a riva non molto distante da noi!). La cabina è davvero adorabile, super confortevole, pulitissima, dotata di una doccia grande e un letto comodissimo. Un atmosfera bellissima all'interno e un alloggio attrezzato di tutto l'indispensabile

Would highly recommend this property for exploring the North of Skye. Beautiful peaceful surroundings and a comfortable pod. The addition of a wood BBQ and coffee pod machine were added bonuses. Sally and Adam were great hosts. Made a point of coming to welcome us and were always about with friendly suggestions or to ask how our day had gone. We had a lovely stay at the pod.

Sono stata per due notti in questo meraviglioso alloggio , insieme al mio compagno. Un posto meraviglioso, paesaggio che mi rimarrà nel cuore. Consigliato assolutamente a chi cerca la vera pace e tranquillità, relax garantito. Ottima posizione per raggiungere svariati trekking indicati sulla piccola e utilissima guida presente nell’alloggio. Proprietari cordialissimi e sempre disponibili. Se ci dovesse ricapitare, ritorneremo sicuramente.

We stayed here for 3 night and we really loved the pod. Everything you need is available. The bathroom and kitchen are only a few steps away from de pod.

We really enjoyed our stay, what a beautiful location! One thing we really appreciated was the large selection of dvds on one rainy evening.

Great sized, über clean log cabin, more than enough room to swing several cats! Very well appointed with great communication with the host, would highly recommend and definitely use again 😊👍

Fantastische Lage, super passende Unterkunft, alles tipptopp vorbereitet, schnelle, freundliche Kommunikation. Unser Wunsch nach einem kurzen, erholsamen Urlaub wurde weit übertroffen!

Siemh is a wonderful compact little cabin that is just perfect. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with the most amazing views over the bay. Not only is it comfortable and peaceful but there is so much thought in the “little extras” from the dressing gowns and spa slippers to the “wee dram” and shortbread left out for you. We were lucky with the weather and had the sliding deck door open most of the time - we listened to the cuckoos and the sheep and watched the tides and wildlife. It is a lovely central place to explore Barra and Vatersay. A real gem of a place.
